Shuttle to the beach ⛱️.
Poor maintenance and out dated rooms. The mattress was very bad and one restaurant we visited "The Pool" was not so good we tried twice.

Cape Sienna is a lovely hotel. Our room had a beautiful sea view. The balcony had a bath tub! The balcony also had two chairs and a table that we could enjoy our coffee in the morning with comfort, and enjoy the view. The breakfast buffet was excellent and right by the pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We booked a boat trip with the concierge that included pick up and return to the hotel to get us to Old Town and the marina. Very affordable option. We could walk to Kamala Beach with many restaurants and stores in about 10 minutes. The Vanilla Skybar was a great option for a light dinner our first night. We also enjoyed the live music, the gym and of course the pool! We highly recommend this hotel!

Such a beautiful resort and great location! Just far enough away from the craziness of Patong Beach and only a short drive to get there. The grounds overlooked the ocean and 100% stay there again!
It would be nice if the gym was a 24-hour access

This property is so very lovely and clean. I would love to give a massive shoutout for the breakfast, it is spectacular, variety of flavors including Thai foods. That was my highlight.
The staff are ever so cheerful
The only down for me would be the distance between some facilities like the infinity pool, it is few miles away from the main building.
I would also recommend if there would be an option of buffet servings for lunch and or dinner, that would be so lovely.

Exquisite, very nice ,close to local shops ,beach, and restaurants, very lovely location,would go back again and again.Breakfast was the highlight of my day, wow.
Whats not to like..well..just a tad far from patong or phuket if you want some good nightlife,however,only a 20-30 mins drive but he amenities at the hotel make up.

The hotel is very nice and clean.
The rooms are big and comfortable, and the breakfast has many choices.
The sea view from the hotel is truly stunning, and the staff are very friendly.
The pool is large and very clean, with a very beautiful sunset view.

The way of dealing with customers is like 2 stars hotel, Not 5 stars at all.

-Wifi very weak I used my Data during my stay in the hotel .
-Old furniture and not clean at all
- Dirty towels you can see the difference between the white of the towels .
-The smell of Villa especially in the Master bedroom .
-Bathroom full of ants!
-AC in Master bedroom I asked to fix it but the technician did nothing just check.
- The Villa needs to be renovated and maintained and I don't know why they locked the 3rd bedroom! And just use 2 bedrooms !

Time of check in they give as bad rooms with bad smell because we are coming from Arab countries so they thing we are dirty really was very bad after this attitude I heat the hotel but some staff was good

Nothing prepares you for the amazing view when you arrive at the lobby! The location was perfect, nice and quiet but not too far from shopping or night life. The poolside restaurant was amazing; we had all 3 meals there some days. The Vanilla Sky Bar was our favorite spot for a drink and nibblies, the cocktail menu was next level. Waking up to the view from the balcony was a highlight everyday.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, always served with a smile.
If I had to be picky, the only thing I didn't like about the room was the transparent toilet door it was a little uncomfortable.
We never ate at the Isole restaurant as there didn't seem to be much value for money there but some classes of people might not be bothered.

The hot full buffet breakfast was gr8,everyday, was not included in price but worth the Xtra cost...staff greeted us Everytime, esp the head waiter guy,gave us daily travel tips.
Needed more safety signs on the steps n walkways,,the linen and towels need to be replaced,,not very clean n thin from wash n wear

Honestly if there was a higher rating to give, I would. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, the views from the rooms are to die for and facilities are great.
It’s quite uphill so walking down isn’t an issue, but some may struggle with the walk up
