Location is very central in Patong, walk everywhere, 7 min walk to the beach, plenty of services around.
Very small gym, some of the equipment was missing, machine broken, but still was functional. Small in size, so even with 4 people seems crowded. No sauna or steam room. In the room the refrigerator was too small for a 28 days of staying.

We stayed in the Penthouse and loved having our own private pool. The staff are amazing, breakfast and all meals were delicious. This was our second time staying here and we will defiantly be back.
There was nothing to dislike. Our 2 week stay was amazing.

Just location
Dirty, windows overpainted from outside. It is not refurbished, as was stated. Floor, table scratched, doors not closing properly. We been ill, so staff did not allowed to take some fruits from breakfast. Asked to change the bed linen, but they just tidy up. It was my birthday, but hotel hasnt even say happy birthday. Pool - be careful, as the stairs poorly fitted, the tiles cracked, mouldy

Cleaning of the room was done almost every day except weekends.
Poor breakfast. Very dirty surroundings by the hotel. One day it was noticed garbage truck dumping the garbage directly in front of the window. Very loud air con units. Some of personnel was not adjective. Case when it was difficult to arrange bathrobe even though it was not arranged properly during Roman service. Massage room service is not recommended, it doesnt worth money (sport massage is only the name).

Location and room are good for its money, not too loud but quite close to patong beach

Good location within walking distance to many things, beach, shops, restaurants n nightlife.
Staff were polite n friendly, especially the staff at breakfast.
Good sized rooms compared to others I've stayed in in Phuket.
Breakfast was poor, the food was bland and tasteless even the Thai food had no spice or flavour to them.
The choice was very repetitive 9 days out of 12 were exactly the same on a couple days the head chef was in earlier so there was a few extra choices and a bit variation but the food was still bland.
All the hot food at breakfast was chicken based (apart from 1 veg stir fried noodles option) so if your someone who doesn't eat or like chicken you'll be stuck with just toast or cereal. The staff there said they had to make it all chicken to satisfy the needs of certain guests - which ignore the needs of other guests who would prefer the option of other meats at breakfast especially some of the traditional Thai dishes.
The pool area was nice but small for the size of the hotel, it was ok when we visited in low season, but in high season you might struggle to get sunbed or space in the pool.
While I got it at a sale price so was reasonable happy with the price, if I'd paid the advertised full price I wouldn't of been.
