Was close go the beach, they give you a towel to take. Restaurants all over the place, so many that we overlooked the one in the hotel and finally tried it, it was very good and a great value. Staff on every level of the hotel were amazing. Unlimited fresh water everyday.
The pool area is a little worn and torn, didn’t use it. The doors to the rooms are heavy and if the air conditioners are on it creates a pressure that the door slams like a shot. Very noisy and alarming. Got used to it. The hotel is a long way from the airport but close to the beach.

We booked four bedrooms, and the rooms were big and spacious. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. The location is close to Patong Beach, only about 10 minutes’ walk.
The pool was nice, and the kids really enjoyed it, although the water was sometimes cold. There are shops everywhere around the hotel, which was very convenient.
The receptionists were very kind and helpful, especially the ladies NA, JJ, and Gina.
The shower drainage in one of the rooms was not good, and the water drained slowly. The furniture is a bit old, but it was still in acceptable condition and not too bad overall.

We had a lovely stay at Elite Suites Patong. The staff were genuinely welcoming, and a special mention to Lisa from the restaurant—she was incredibly kind and friendly every morning and really set a positive tone for our day. The room was very spacious, even bigger than the photos, cleaned daily, spotless, and always well stocked. The location is excellent—close to everything you might need. We also enjoyed the spa.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great service in a convenient location.
The property is a little dated, but it didn’t matter to us as it was still very comfortable. The pool was quite cold and didn’t get much sun, so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we hoped.

Internet connection and location were good.
The drain at the shower was always blocked. The sofa in the living room wasn’t comfortable. The staff didn’t help us or try to create a chance for us to get earlier check-in although we requested and demanded to check in over and over because of long travel sickness. Location was good. Room was big. Nice staff. Free parking.
The bathrooms were not clean. While the living room was spacious, it only had a small couch and a small table, which was not sufficient to accommodate the number of guests staying in the room. Additionally, the room faced an undesirable view overlooking a slum area.

Ooooooh u don’t even know how much I like this place.
Everyone & everthing was top notch.
The staff are friendly and helpful, they truly want u to have a great time and YES U WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME HERE.
Like I said every single thing abt this place is amazing truly a wonderful experience.
I would recommend this place for everyone, specially the twin bed room.
If u r looking to have a great time and care too much abt cleanliness like me then don’t search for any place other than ELITE SUITES PATONG.

Bedsheet have some beach sands. Room don’t have ironing.

The hotel was clean and a good choice for a last-minute booking. We are a family of four with two teenagers, and the double room was perfect for our needs.
Breakfast was very good, with eggs made to order, fruit, yoghurt, tea and coffee, fresh juice, Thai food, and a very tasty Indian option.
* Beds were very hard
* Toilet paper was 1-ply
* Breakfast selection was good, but the food was often cold
* Swimming pool was cold
* Gym was very basic, with only one treadmill, a carpeted floor, and some mould on the equipment
* Staff were inconsistent: some were very nice, while others were not very friendly or welcoming
* Hotel furniture is wooden and very heavy
