Great hotel with excellent staff!!! The hotel is really one of the best in Phuket with great restaurants, spa and a nice golf course!!! The facilities are spotlessly clean and the service of the villas is excellent!!!

Great room, and a great resort in general, very kind staff.
The only downside is that it is a 40-minute drive to the patong area, it is very remote, and the taxis that are operating from the hotel are very expensive

- Staff very nice & friendly
The overall experience vs. what was paid for was beautiful. Here are some critical feedback that would improve the experience:
- We booked the Pool Villa and since it was not clear from the photos whether it was 100% private or not, we requested the hotel to be placed in a villa that was in the most private location. Hotel staff were courteous enough to upgrade our stat to Serenity Villa but did not inform us of this change. As we checked-in we noticed that the villa was smaller than the one we booked and called reception to move us to the villa we originally booked. The receptionist apologized for this and clarified the situation and moved us back to the one that we originally booked. We preferred it as it was 20% bigger in space, we appreciate their courtesy but they should have been clear about it during check-in. This situation took more than 1-hour from our day and a bit of our mood.
- Buggy service always took too long (15+ minutes which is longer than most of our car driver waiting time via taxi/Bolt), we once called the reception and cancelled the buggy service after more than 15 minutes of waiting and we chose walking. We always preferred walking than buggy service given the long waiting period.
- Breakfast needs some organizing. We had to stand in-line to order omelet. Staff were nice and once took our omelet order and asked us to have a seat, but after 15 minutes we noticed that new comers were standing in-line and getting their omelets while we were still waiting.
- Our villa was well organized and room service took care of it everyday. We noticed that the bathroom had urine-like smell whenever we turnoff the AC so we asked the reception for the bathroom to be washed. The smell still did not come away.

Staff only helped at the reception Staff never pick calls from the room The pool at the villa was clearly dirty with no action from staff No halal food was arranged for us Muslims: on the first day they said they had halal food and chef, which suddenly disappeared the following day Found all sorts of insects and worms within the villa

Nice room interior, well kept, minor improvements needed for the furniture.
- The breakfast is amazing and changing every day.
