This hotel is very well located and just around the corner to Old Town Phuket. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We had a fridge and a microwave as well as an offside sink and counter area. There were unfortunately no utensils or dishes of any sort. We had a nice view of the swimming pool from our room and a little seating area outside the sliding door. The bathroom included a shower and bathtub which was nice but the bathtub unfortunately only had a handheld wand and there was nowhere to hang it up to use as a shower. The hotel is a boutique hotel with a lot character and artistic flare on the main floor where the main desk to the hotel is, as well as a quaint coffee shop.
The room we had was a little outdated and the pool although large and attractive needed a little bit of attention. A safe in the room would have been appreciated. The staff was very nice and pleasant but communication was sometimes limited . We read the reviews before arriving and therefore discovered that there was a food court across the street and that the Sunday Walking Food Market was very close to the hotel. The free bus across the street unfortunately was mentioned to us from other tourists after we left. None of these things affected our great stay in Phuket and we would definitively return to this pleasant hotel!

Rooms were comfortable. Not many hotels this close to town with a swimming pool. Small convenience store across the road had most items you need. All in all, was a good experience.

The property is conveniently located next to Old Town. There is a mall, convenient store, currency exchange and ATM machine across the street.
Rude front desk staff from start to finish. While trying to get my elderly parents situated first (1 with a medical condition), I was harassed by the ladies up front to check out. It wasn’t even 12 yet and we had plenty of time. My siblings stayed at two different hotels near by and their staff is great. Sadly that’s not the case here.

Location was fab, it was quiet but an easy walk from the old town, rooms are big and the air con worked wonders. The staff are all friendly and welcoming.
Bed was hard.
