Good location for our needs. Quiet neighborhood.
Room was actually in the lower part of the building almost felt like a basement with a tiny window to nowhere. No sunlight.

A quaint little hotel conveniently located near a 7-Eleven and plenty of local eateries, yet tucked away in a quiet pocket. The rooms were clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations for the price. They also have great Wi-Fi and newly installed ACs. After checking out and staying at a couple of other hotels in Phuket, we realised how homely we felt at Baan PhuAnda.

On a quiet side street but close to a major thoroughfare. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and peaceful.

The staff is amazing, sweet and friendly always made sure we were well taken care of. It felt like home. It’s easy accessible to little food shops, super markets and to grab transportation. My friends and I fell in love with our little host, the sweetest little girl who’s always sharing her love with hugs. We felt very sad having to leave but definitely will be back❤️ Thank you so so much the Baan PhuAnda Phuket hotel You guys were AMAZING! Love from South Africa.????
There’s nothing to dislike about this property, it was a real nice stay if definitely rebook this place.

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The people at the front desk were helpful with suggesting places to eat and calling us a taxi.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Honestly if the bed was better I would give the property a much higher review. The entire building is pretty old, but they have kept everything very clean.
