Just 10-minutes walk or a 2-minute drive from Patong Beach, Baan Andaman Sea Surf offers water sports like wakeboarding and water skiing. It provides free WiFi. Very clean, quite, fancy, luxury, hotel One of the best 3 stars hotel in Phuket Very clean bathrooms with a hot water heater The service is awesome specially they clean the room everyday The location is difficult specially if you don’t have a car or a motorcycle Very nice and helpful people Very quite place You can rent a motorcycle from the hotel and prices starts from a 300 baht per day There are a balconies with a city view, Last thing there is no elevator there

Value for the price, the location is from the busy Patong. You get a view of the nature and you can also see buildings from the main center. The swimming pool is good, it's warm. The room is bigger that I thought. The staff speaks English a little. They clean your rooms well and refills your water. I liked my stay here!!! It's like home away from home.
The location is on a steep road. So if you carry luggages or have difficulty going up and down the hill then better to book a taxi or rent a bike from them.

The room was comfortable and we had a nice large balcony. I enjoyed the pool area; lots of seating options and sun all day. Great value for money in Patong.
The property is situated on a steep hill. It would be difficult to access if you had health/mobility issues. I had to call a number to check in because there wasn’t anyone at the front desk.

Perfectly clean, very clean and modern bathroom, comfortable beds, good living room with kitchen, got everything you need. Good soundproof between bedrooms.
Apartments located on the hill - you should have good health to go there by walk. You can hear air conditioner noise from outside block in the bedrooms.(it should be low noiser or it should reside in other place to not hear it from bedroom when you sleep)

Deluxe room is spacious with a balcony. Usually beds in Thailand are hard, but the bed were super comfortable. Value for money. I do recommend renting a motorbike to get to the property, as the road up is quite steep.
