Loved the property .
Amazing breakfast and restaurant. Enjoyed the spa every day.
Our next door neighbor had small children and the family was screaming and fighting til very late hours. We had to report and actually go down to the lobby for someone to ask them to settle down. The hotel was not full and I wish they would move them or offer us a different room.

When we checked out, they asked me if I took a beach bag. I asked what type of bag it was. And I said its in the room. I asked for the manager who came came to me with attitude ; I asked if the bag the bag is not in the room, its supposedly lost, he told me yes and this made me angry and I asked him lets go to the room and find it. My whole family has fallen sick (food poisoning) with the hotel food. And in this condition when I was check-out they took me to the room where they found the bag... And while I was leaving the room, the manager Mr Yaser asked where is the phone now!!!! Making me feel more angry and when back to the lobby, after accusing us and giving such a treatment, the manager asked us to leave as I was disturbing their guests!!! The hotel may be nice, but their staffs need to be more humble. When I was outside waiting for my taxi, the manager comes nose to nose to me, maybe in a fighting mood and asked if I wanted to talk.

Wow, where do I begin? My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and notified the hotel as such. They gave us a lovely room with a scenic view of the mountain and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. Location is a couple minutes walk from the southern tip of Karon Beach – a much more laid back beach compared to Patong which was chaotic. If you walk south for about 5 minutes you enter the area around Kata Beach, which is fantastic and has its own night market. Pool was amazing, the room was really clean and comfy and modern. I'd also like to commend Ms Pound for her attention to detail when we were checking in.

The variety of restaurants nearby are not same patong side, the drive takes 15 minute and cost 300 bhat going to patong, however the place worth staying in

My family and I had a great time at the hotel, all the staff was really kind and nice. I couldn’t be happier about our stay.
One day we had lunch by the pool and everything was really good. We also booked a massage and we all loved it, it was really good and the ladies at the spa were super sweet as well.
Shoutout to Bowie from the tour desk, she was so nice and accommodating, we booked the banana island tour with her and we all loved it. She also recommended things to do around and everything was lovely.

A beautiful property maintained very well.
Nicely located at the sweet spot of phuket in the Karon area.
Lovely large pool.
Rooms are great with wonderful views of the mountain behind.
Breakfast spread is also amazing although lacking a bit in vegetarian friendly options.
We were very well treated.
Kudos to the whole team of shishir, sid, jayant and everyone else.
Their restaurant for lunch and dinner doesn't offer much options and variety.
Plus they charge for water while water is provided in the room for free.
But minor issues only.

The hotel is clean, and the pool is nice. But overall, I don’t think it’s worth the money
We had two problems with the staff. First, we asked to check in early. They said they would call us when the room was ready, but no one called, and we only got the room later when we came back to the hotel.
The second problem was worse. In the afternoon, there was loud drilling and maintenance above our room. It was very noisy and hard to rest. We told the front desk, and they said they would check and get back to us—but no one did.
It felt like the staff just said things to get rid of us and didn’t really help.
I won’t come back because of the bad service.
