Best hotel We ever stayed in. Great Breakfast - has a lot of options - and price was including the breakfast. amazing GYM. Amazing Service. Food at restaurants and SPA prices were VERY high - BUT- you get what you paid for- top-notch food and SPA treatments. This place is 2nd to NONE

We loved the people, the room, the hotel, the food, the pool, the beach, the beach restaurant (mina, I think), the spa. Perfect vacation in a perfect location at a perfect timing
The breakfast was missing the wow factor that all other facilities at the hotel have.

Amazing property with one of the best restaurants weve ever visited on holiday. We especially enjoyed celebrating Songkran with the staff.
Kamala beach was a disappointment and had we wanted to stay for longer than our four days wed be bored as we would be restricted to the hotel pool. Odd location for a stunning property like this.

The dinner at the restaurant does not meet the overall standard of the resort. Food was too plain for the price charged. 3 stars

Excellent hotel, booked the 2 bed penthouse pool suite. Room was large, well set out with 2 beds, lounge space with dining table and well stocked kitchen and outdoor balcony. Small private pool with sun beds were on the roof accessible by a set of stairs within the suite lobby area. Main restaurant is great for meals, though we ate mostly in our room as plenty of space. Good choice of western and thai dishes for adults and kids. Excellent sauna which we visited twice. Very helpful staff. Use of hotel transport for runs into Kamala for free was great facility. Hotel has prime location on the edge of Kamala town which can be reached by use of complimentary hotel transport or a short walk. Also only 3 minutes to nearby closest local restaurants, 7-11 and Pharmacy.
Minor gripe about the water pressure for the showers in the room. Would run ok, then water would slow to a trickle and then run normal again; this would repeat for the whole time during use. Possibly due to using pumped system to reach top floor of block of 3 suites. Small kids club where space and activities are probably more suited to toddlers (2 to 6 years) than older kids (>7).

Everything was amazing, but our residnce was the absolute best part. You just can't beat the views and the space and light in the 3 bedroom pool suite! Highly recommend. Staff were super helpful. We arrived many hours before checkin and they accommodated us right away.
Nothing really. After 2-3 days we felt the mattresses were not good for our backs. But other than that, no complaints.

Disappointing Experience at Andara Phuket - Room Service and Room Condition
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at Andara Phuket. As a guest paying almost $1000 a night for a supposed 5-star experience, I expected a certain level of service and accommodation quality, both of which were sorely lacking during my stay.
To begin with, the room service provided was far below the standard I would expect from a luxury resort. The staff seemed slow to respond to requests, and the overall level of service was subpar.
Furthermore, the room itself was in a disappointing condition. There was a water leak from the faucet in the bathroom, which not only created a mess but also raised concerns about water damage.
Additionally, I was shocked to find a palm print on the wall of the bedroom. Despite notifying the hotel staff repeatedly about the need for the walls to be cleaned, no action was taken to rectify this issue. It is unacceptable for a high-end resort to have such obvious cleanliness issues in guest rooms.
Moreover, the blanket provided in the room was torn, which is simply inexcusable for a property that claims to offer a luxury experience. This lack of attention to detail and maintenance standards was a major letdown and significantly impacted my overall enjoyment of the stay.
In conclusion, my experience at Andara Phuket fell far short of the expectations I had for a resort of its caliber.
I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that necessary improvements will be made to prevent other guests from experiencing similar disappointments in the future.

Entering the villa was really an exceptional experience with plenty of space, decoration and artwork in local style and relaxing music playing in the background. The pool of the villa was nice and the hotel common pool was splendid, with usually plenty of space. The hotel breakfast was versatile with many choices of different types of dishes. The hotel personnel was really helpful, resourceful and polite. The hotel has an agreement with one of the beach bars where you can use sunbeds and get beach towels for free, and also good service. The hotel has also free taxi service to the beach.
The pool of the villa does not get sunlight practically ever, but the hotel common pool is sunny. Some of the villas are pretty high up, but there are golfcarts to move you around.
