2nd time staying at Absolute Bangla Suites. As always, Mim was so wonderful, helpful, and attentive, as were the rest of the staff. The hotel is clean and comfortable with the best location imaginable.
If you're a smoker, not every room comes with a balcony. No big deal. Everything else was fantastic.

All the staff I came across were simply amazing. Love the location. Foot step to Patong beach and night life entertainment. Thank you for amazing stay. Special mention about Mim at reception and Kai at the rooftop restaurant

The room was very clean. Lots of space. Bangla road is 1 minute walk. But no noise from bar.
Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant are beautiful. The food is super. Staff very welcoming and polite.
Early check in at no extra charge.

The staff, especially Mim, were absolutely wonderful. So kind and helpful. They directed me to a laundry service upon request, and they even called another hotel to allow me to use their gym and facilities for a day. Just amazing people all around. The room was spacious and very clean. The internet connection was great. I ordered food from the rooftop restaurant and it was surprisingly good. Location also couldn't be better.
The temperature of the shower and A/C are a little difficult to control. But these were no big deal. No major issues at all.

Strategic location in the very busy area of Patong beach.
Room pictures on the listing show 2 bedroom unit however I was given 1 bedroom unit upon check-in.

The location was great if you want to be in the centre of Bangla road action. The roof top pool was great. The food at the restaurant/ bar was above my expectations.
Being off Bangla Road, car access in the evenings is not possible. This was not an issue for us, but might be for some.
