Very Poor
The sea view was the only advantage.
The property isn’t anywhere near the bare minimum standards for hygiene, and guest experience. Moreover, the owner lacks honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

This hotel is a hidden gem! We were taking a boat out of Ao Po pier and stayed here for 2 nights. It is an 8 min drive from the pier. We had a view of the bay from our bedroom which was absolutely fabulous. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped make our stay so easy and enjoyable. We had a lovely dinner there in their small restaurant looking out over the view. Breakfast had a good selection and was excellent. This hotel is not a fancy, upscale hotel but has immense charm and everything we needed. It was spotless and clean. The shower was hot and plentiful. We even had a small "pool" in our bedroom if we wanted to sit and look out at the view. We parked our car off the road, on the shoulder but they do have a few spots available.
This hotel is a bit isolated which is both good and bad. There is not much to do nearby but perfect for going to the pier. We also saw a lot of jet skis which were going out from a nearby spot. The more rustic nature means there were a lot of steps so people unable to walk might have difficulty. The beds were the usual very firm Asian style.

It was very nice and pleasant stay. I was very happy with the property owner and staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very spacious with great view. If in Phuket again I would definitely go again.

Great food all round. Location quiet and great views
MOSQUITOS galore, you literally cannot escape them. The whole place definitely needs an upgrade, with that and some ground clean up this place could be a whole lot nicer. Pool disappointing, did not use. Was not cleaned during our stay, had to report on mosquito larvae in wading pool.

This was the best stay we had in our 2 week trip across Thailand. The food was amazing, one of the best curry I’ve had in my time in this beautiful country. The hospitality we had during our stay has been one of the best I’ve ever had. You will meet the owner who will go above and beyond for you, he represents why Thailand people are one of a kind. Our view from our room overlooking the sea was also beautiful during sunrise and sunset. Book your stay here in Phuket, you won’t regret it!

Peace and queit, very clean and well maintained. Staff very nice and helpfull, food delicious. Room is big and comfortable, view from the balcony amazing. It's located on the quet side of the island and there is not much going on in the area, so if you want too see more of the island you need some kind of ride. Motorbike can be rented nearby, the owner will help you to get one. We would recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet.
Beach nearby is not really for swimming, you can swimm only when the tide is high, but the water is not so clear like on other beaches. Restoran works from 08 AM till 06 PM but you can get your breakfast to go before 08 AM

The view from the room was spectacular. All the staff went out of their way to be helpful and gracious. The food was delicious.
The beach and the access to it needs to be improved. A day should be spent clearing up the area behind the beach. The stairs down could be improved as well.

The overall staff was more than accommodating. The location was quite away from it all, but after being in Patong for a week I really needed it. If you have a car then this is a gen of a place.
