Absolutely nothing!
Everything!!! First room had male bodily fluids all over the sofa, table and chair. The bed wasn’t made up, mosquitos had taken over the bathroom, filthy AC and everything was very dirty! I switched rooms with one of our friends who also switched their room because of how bad it was and the room I went to was on the second floor and looked so sketchy. Boarded up door which had been forced open, holes in the wall, ceiling and floor, room without any supplies in it, dust hanging off the wall and ceiling, half eaten bed frame, and a dodgy looking bed. Both rooms had no hot water. As the staff tend to disappear and not be in the building I couldn’t change my room again as there was nobody there. I took one pillow and laid above the covers at the very end of the bed and woke up after 2 hours sleep itching and with visible rashes and bumps which turned into massive welts all over my body which is evident that the place was infected with either mites or bedbugs or a combination of all human biting insects. Around 7:30am someone tried to force their way into my room while i was in the bathroom packing up and when I came out there was nobody there. This is especially dodgy as the room is at the end of a hallway around the corner with staircases and rooms someone can easily hide in. I totally understood why my female friends refused to stay in that room. I am currently on my way to the doctors to treat these bites. Whatever review you read, whatever images you see…it is all a LIE!! It’s also located in a dodgy place. Thailand is too beautiful to stay in a place like this and ruin your travel.

Absolutely Nothing. The place needs to be condemned and removed from booking.com platform. It's a filthy health hazard
Everything!! First of all I booked 6 rooms so it was not a case that the room I had was unfortunate. EVERY SINGLE ROOM had multiple problems. From stains which looked like blood on the bedsheets, to no hot water, leaks in the bedroom, filthy rooms. No overnight security. Broken glass in rooms, damaged flooring, trailing extension leads. A gaping hole with leak in the hall way. I want my money back. The stay was horrendous.

The facilities were really good. Decent size pool and the restaurant was good and great value for money. The location was good, it’s a short walk from the beach and there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby, as well as a couple of shops. Everyone was very friendly. Overall, good value for money.
Lack of utensils provided in the kitchen. The WiFi was not great at times. Our air-con did leak a couple of times. Cosmetically, parts of the property looked dated/broken and its a relatively new building.

The pool was a gem and the cafe at the top of the condominium serve really good food! They even had super healthy cold pressed juices . Loved the vibes and service.
The room was a bit small for 3 people . For instance we couldn’t open our 3 suitcases and move around the room . But overall good value for money

Dirty Furniture was broken and old Pictures show not the reality Reality is that only one elevator worked. Bathroom was dirty. No hot water Chairs kitchen were broken and were about to fall apart. Almost no cooking equipment and also old Lots of noise from neighbors Unfriendly welcoming reception Icecold pool water Pool needed renovation Fell almost from the stairs. Dangerous pool But nice pool roof view. Inconvenient location Many young smoking people who stay long term Not my style

The room is clean. The pool is a bit smaller than the picture but there's no problem spending time there. Very close to Surin beach, just few minutes walk.

Wonderful
Hotel was beyond our expectation. Our room was super clean, no problem with running water and food at the restaurant was affordable. Bed was really comfortable and the rooms were big and spacious for a 2 bedroom apartment suite. We had a kitchen to cook our meals for breakfast and all cooking utensils were provided for. It was about a 15 min walk to Surin beach uphill and much less time coming back. There's a 24 hr convenience store close by too. Surin is such a nice and quiet place to relax with the fam but if you're looking to party at night then Patong beach is the place to be. Price for a 2 bedroom apartment suite was only 68 canadian dollars a night? and we booked 2 suites for 8 adults and 2 kids. We will definitely come back to phuket.
They don't have shuttle service to and from the Airport. But we manage to find an affordable taxi company for all our transportation needs.

The infinity pool and gym are fantastic. Close to Surin Beach.
Moldy smell the moment we went into the room. There's water damage on the wall and blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Toilet cover was broken, and uncleaned hair on the sink.

Location was great, close to the beach and to restaurants. Big fridge and stocked with kitchen items to cook your own food. Rooftop pool was nice.
The AC wasn't cold so it made it hard to sleep, the bed and pillows weren't comfortable either.
