Wonderful
In a good location within about 1 km walk to the beach, very close to nice restaurants and terminal 21 shopping mall. Lots of good massage centers around the hotel. About 3-4 km away from South Pattaya, where the walking street is. Hotel staff were fantastic. Rooms are large with well-designed and practical bathroom. Hotel offers some great Thai food choices at very reasonable prices. The room service menu is great. Breakfast at the restaurant offers a variety of healthy options.
Roof top swimming pool is a bit smaller than expected and the area gets crowded during hot days. Wish it was a bit closer to the beach - but then we would've been away from the cafe's and massages :)

Only the reception was good and a place you can sit in sometimes, and some of the reception staff were very friendly,
-The furniture is very old, as if it dates back to the year 2000 or before. It needs a complete overhaul. - one employee who was the complete opposite of them, unfortunately she needs to be trained on how to deal with guests if they treat her kindly and with a smile and her name starts with the letter A because the name does not come to mind now, and she is always on the morning shift until the afternoon -Unfortunately, there is no iron in the hotel at all, and I was surprised by that. How can a hotel not have even one iron?

Good location in North Pattaya. Very close to Central Marina Mall (lots of discount stores) and Terminal 21 Mall (full retail mall). Soi 6 is a short walk away for nightlife. The rooftop pool is nice. Tiffany's Show theater (Ladyboy Cabaret!) is just 150 meters away if that floats your boat.

Great location near to Terminal 21 mall.
My room was facing the street. Street noise is no issue/ok except for the loud music in the evening until late night during the Songkran festival. Outside this festive period, the street facing rooms should be ok.
