This property is extremely well located if you want to be close to the party, restaurants, Bangla road and action. The rooms are great, the staff is amazing, breakfast was top notch and even the gym and pool were better than we expected

Everything was good in terms of location, price point and convenience.
Oh I notice booking.com makes it appear like you are being given a huge savings. However I put that to the test directly with the Hotel, and they beat the price the booking.com was showing online. So essentially a price is being advertised as though its the last one or some special truth be told its all a psychological game to lure people into booking. Other words booking.com lets be transparent.

Location was excellent very central to all resturant, the beach is closeby and walking distance to Bangla Road nightlife but still far enough that you don't hear the party noise at night.
Management closed the swimming pool area one evening for a private function that was disappointing, and they did not notify guests until we went to use the pool and were told to leave.

Area was a lot more chaotic and touristy than I expected. This hotel roof pool and bar area was a great reprieve from the crowds in the streets and the heat.
Noisy neighbor seemed to be having some sort of argument on the phone every morning between 1 -5AM! Some people are just rude and oblivious. Hotel tried to accommodate, but what could they do….

Terrible experience, avoid this hotel. The sheets and pillows were dirty, and when I asked for clean ones, the staff refused, saying they were too busy and short on linens. I ended up sleeping on filthy bedding. Based on my previous trips to Phuket, both the staff and facilities here are far worse than other hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hotel is in the prime location for Bangla Road and Patong Beach. All the hotel staff (front desk, breakfast, massage, housekeeping) were all wonderful and polite. The room and the rest of the hotel were clean. I would definitely stay here if I ever come back to Phuket. Highly recommended.

Spacious nicely decorated and lit room. Very comfortable large King bed. Lovely bright bathroom. Spotlessly clean throughout..well cleaned and tidied by my friendly and attentive room attendant.
Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from, especially delicious Thai dishes and offerings were changed each day.
The quite spacious rooftop pool area was lovely with great view of sea and lovely golden sunsets.
Gym was well equipped.
Appreciated Green sustainable efforts by hotel.
Very nice and attentive staff.
Lower temperature on air conditioning as set temperature was set a bit too high.

Location is great. Beach nearby, Bangla road nearby, Great restaurants nearby.
Unlike our previous experiences in Thailand, the staff was great. Courteous and always helpful. I would like to specifically mention the lady at the reception "Mai" and the lady at the Spa.
The Daily tour counter was super helpful and the lady there was helpful too. She arranged the tour for us at fair prices.
Overall, the people working here are super helpful and go out of their way to help you.
The room size I felt was small and there has to be at least a desk where you can keep your laptop and do some work. One night there was some sort of party in the nearby club till 4am which was loud and we had difficulty sleeping but I think this is the con of living in lively area of Patong.
