- The staff was friendly and helpful
- The breakfast was really good and everyday they cooked new dishes which is impressing
- The bed from our jacuzzi room was very big and comfortable
- The room was cleaned every day
- The hotel is very close to the main street of Patong, if you want to be there next to all the entertainment

- the jacuzzi area is open air and it was filled with mosquitoes!! Every night I was hunting mosquitoes before going to bed that entered the room. I know it is rainy season but still as the jacuzzi areas are open space the hotel could contract a specialized company to spray against mosquitoes. My children got bitten several times even with all the hunting
- I have read some older reviews before booking and people were complaining about poor cleaning. I believe there is a bit too extensive cleaning. Everyday the staff was changing the towels and bedsheets. As a person who works with sustainability, I would like to see the hotel put more accent on this topics. Also, if the shower gel was half full, it was replaced with a new one. The hotel still uses plastic straws.

Great staff and rooms as well as facilities at the hotel. Probably one of, if not the best in Patong for the price range.
Very helpful staff whenever I needed their help or asked for an iron to be bought up to my room.
Stayed for a week and I'll be back when I next visit.
The rooms are small but the bed was very comfortable.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the pool is nice and not over crowded. Good location, right in the centre and couple minutes walk from Bangla road. The room is really cosy and we enjoyed our stay there. And we liked the fact the hotel had its own road to drive down to be picked up and dropped off. They can also provide you with a bike rental if you wish

Good location, not too close to hear music at night. Had everything we needed. Staff happy to help when necessary. Overall, we were happy with our stay & would visit again.
Shower water temperature was a bit all over the place at times, nothing major though.
Our room wasnt ready upon arrival, so we were upgraded to a larger room but without the balcony that we had booked for. We then moved to the room we booked for the following day.
