Very Good
What you will get is a bed, shower, AC, WiFi. Thats all. They let us use the storage room for 2 days. That was a plus.

Good location, close to the beach and tons of restaurants
Very small room, no fridge, no kettle and couldn’t get my safe to work. When I tried to find staff to help me, there was nobody around.

Good location. Decent beds.
The place is tired… It’s had the usual Patong crowd running through. Bathroom/ shower wasn’t too well kept, drain didn’t work too well.

We chose this Property because the Location is near to Patong Beach and the Bangla Street and it had a rare family-room with 2 double beds. I wish the best for the Owner and hope they are able to improve upon the facilities at this property in near future.
There was no Microwave for basic cooking and the Bathroom was elevated causing trouble for the children. The Bathroom also did not have any partition to avoid shower spilling on to the entire Bathroom Floor so it was very difficult to get it wiped dry outside of 10 AM - 4 PM when the staff is available but we are out for sight-seeing.

Location is the only good thing. The rooms resemble prison cells.
I had a terrible sewer smell the whole time we were staying here. They tried to mask it with some kind of scent that made it worse. The room was a cement block, with another cement block that held the bathroom. Terrible.

The location was about the only thing I liked as it was close to the beach.
Our room was tiny, lthe bed iterally took up most of the room. The bathroom was also tiny and had no curtain of any kind so almost everything in it got wet when you took a shower ?

The location was great; close to pretty much everything in the Patong area. (Coffee Club downstairs is convenient too if you need to get some work done). The beds are really comfortable too!
