This hotel exceeded expectations in terms of value for money and what you actually got. Huge room, very clean, great staff and fantastic location.
The pool itself is not too bad but getting there needs some upgrading............as in walking over abandoned roofs!

The location was nice and the staff were friendly
First thing the room has a window facing the inside of the hotel so there was no natural sunlight at all and the problem was that the lights in the room didnt work properly so our whole stay was basically in the dark ,the lighting was so bad it really made us disappointed , the room was also dirty, we found some bugs on the floor and staff picked it up but said that the whole hotel is occupied so we couldn’t move
Also the room was really weird with a huge sink in the middle of the room

The middle of the room had the bathroom sink on an island. Pictures didn't accurately show this. But for the price it's a steal.

Rooftop pool very good.
Had trouble with hot water and a little bit noisy from Muey Thai training gym next door.

Near to everywhere room designed in good way, I enjoy my stay the stuff was welcoming and the GM was very nice and helpful it less than 4 stars but better than 3stars.
The swimming pool at rooftop is nice to attend the sunset and sunrise.

Location is perfect! It is at the centre of Patong. It is close to Patong beach, Bangla Road, beach clubs, and food markets.
That the pool was not easily accessible. That the bar closes early at 07:00. That the balcony is not placed for comfort but just in a hole hidden. No views whatsoever. It felt like we were in a literal ship, closed off from any window views.
