Breakfast had good varieties, The location of the hotel is great which keeps you away from the hustle but not far if you want to get into it. The room was amazing specially the lighting system, Pools were good. Having an adult only pool is a plus but it would look more beautiful if the tiles were lighter a bit like other pools.
In the SPA Massages schedule closes at 6:30 pm which is too early as many people prefers to have massages in the evening after along day out. And it is impossible to find a near time appointment which means you should plan for your massage. The other thing that I didn’t like has nothing to do with hotel itself, it is the attitude of people who book the sun bed for them by leaving a bag or a towel for the whole day so they can come and use it whenever they want which I find it rude, you come to the pool and only one or two are swimming and the most if sun beds have towels and belongings on them. I think the management of the hotel should figure out a way to prevent such behavior.

Luxury resort at not-so-high price compared to its neighboring resorts
Location was far from the town, thus requiring paid public transportation every time. Shuttle service offered used to get full very quickly.

The staff were always very polite and helpful.
The hotel is not new, and there are visible cracks in several areas. Sound insulation is weak. During our stay, there was ongoing drilling and renovation noise.

The hillside pool is beautiful but I have to be honest the photos on booking oversell property.
Photos on Booking oversell the property. The hotel is dated. We had to move rooms as there was a bad smell on the ground floor. The spa also had a bad smell. Thankfully it’s a little bit away from the sleeze of patong.

Different pools, clean, very close to Freedom beach which is a stunning place
There is no negative balance on this hotel which is kind of rude. Are we gonna stole their drinks? The English of hotel staff was very hard to understand for a non-native English speaker. Reservations was challenging and there were lots of noise at nights - this was xmas holiday could be acceptable
One more we checked on 1.5 hours later and they gave us 2 vouchers :(

The stay was truly exceptional. The views are absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sea, creating a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable, and the infinity pool adds a special touch to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. Everything met and even exceeded expectations.

It’s 10-20 min. Drive to the center (Patong), and 45 min to some tourist areas, due to heavy traffic. The hotel requires buggy cars to move from and to the lobby, lots of stairs

Great choice for Phuket if you would like to be near the night markets, the mall as well as the waterfront. They provide a shuttle to and from the waterfront. The hours could be a little bit more flexible after 4 PM there’s a gap between 4 and 10 PM that a shuttle isn’t provided. The breakfast choice was amazing and they do offer shows to and from the airport for a fee.
There was more shuttle access after 4 PM to the night market and complementary airport shuttle

The hotel is like a labyrinth, it was difficult to find our way to the different facilities.
