We stayed for 4 weeks and we was really happy.
The room was big we'll cleand every day.and the breakfast was over our expectations.
The location ia perfect whit only 100 metres to the beach and resturangs and bars just round the corner.

Great value and great location to food, beach and night life. Staff were very nice
Bed was pretty hard but I got used to it.
Breakfast was a little average. But for the price it was still great.

Damp on the walls not very clean shower and sink leaking every were.internet was terrible the place is nothing like the photos on booking.com .my laundry got ruined.the view from my window was straight in to the room of another hotel I won't be staying there again

Located in the heart of Patong,2min walk to beach,5min walk to Bangla road,15 min walk to Jungceylon and Central department store.Surrounding by many restuarants.You can hardly find cheap rate for such a location except for this hotel.And although standing among nightlife spot,its not so noisy as expected.
Not so much variety type for breakfast.I stay 4nights.Food are nearly all the same everyday.The entrance and reception counter are very small like 1star hotel.(Dont feel nightmare because actually the room inside is so wide)

Great central location if you want to be close to bangla road. Rooms were big and good bathroom, clean. The breakfast is basic but great to have it included. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel because it was conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit.
My wife and I were shocked by the condition of our room when we checked in for our first night. The bed was dirty and moldy, with stains all over it. We immediately asked for another room, but were told that they were fully booked. The staff didn't seem to care about our concerns. Fortunately, the room had two beds, so we slept in the other one. However, we soon realized that the hot water in the shower only lasted for a couple of minutes before turning cold. The air conditioner was also not working properly, and the room was uncomfortably hot all night. We complained to the staff the next day and they tried to fix the problems, but they couldn't fix the hot water. They offered us another room, but it was even worse than the first one. We were very disappointed with the condition of the rooms and would not recommend this place to anyone.
