The location is beach front with bar and restaurant very close to ocean. Nothing else required if you have such location and facility

Situated right on the beach which was lovely. Nice quiet beach. Feels family run. Big rooms too. Nice restaurant.
We only stayed here to be near the pier. Other than that, not much around it. We had a power cut during our stay which made sleeping quite uncomfortable due to no air con. Staff were very apologetic.

We stayed in the appartment only for one night and we had everything what we needed (or even more). We stayed in small house in front of sea and it was really nice. The furniture in the house is quite old but the rooms are really big. The breakfast was very tasty, we could choose from eggs, waffles, pancakes, bacon and we had also yoghurts, muesli, fresh fruit, vegetable
The location is quite dangerous especially during the night if you dont have bike or car. We had to go by taxi because we were affraid of surrounded dogs. And also there were thousands of mosquitos in the room but it is quite normal.

Our bungalow was very spacious and had plenty of space, where we could spend time comfortably while it was raining most of the time :) on the sunny day we easily rented a scooter from hotel to visit some places.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel area, with good food, also there is a bar next to the beach.
The beach is well equipped with comfortable seats, same next to the pool which is big enough.
Breakfasts were really basic, but you can eat enough before any trips.
The hotel in general is not the newest, but well maintained, it met our expectations.

Viva is amazing. The restaurant on the beach is wonderful. Top class food at local Thai prices. You must try the duck with tamarind !!
The staff in the restaurant and hotel are kind and wonderful.
Breakfast is cute.
The atmosphere is lovely.
The pool is large and cool.
The bungalows are very spacious, clean and well appointed.
The beds are large and comfortable with a seating area in a separate room.
The bathroom is massive with a bath and shower.
This place really makes the effort.
It is right on a lovely beach, and if the weather is right you can eat with your toes in the sand!!!!
The gardens are wonderful and well maintained.
Ended up extending our stay!!
You would be hard pressed not to love this resort.

The private beach and the restaurant, the food was really good with affordable Prices too, the beach was the best part too , clear water with the best sunset i have ever seen. Very quiet area, there is a seven eleven close.
The shower didnt have too much hot water, but it was ok because it is a warm weather, the bath tub has hot water but no the shower for some moments

Beautifully located if you're looking for peace and quiet. Breakfast was good, the restaurant on the beach as well albeit a bit expensive compared to the average.
3% surcharge on credit card payment that is not mentioned while booking. Also the bungalows need some maintenance, low water pressure and cleanliness not fantastic. We had cockroaches in the bathroom and living room.
The pool is nice but also needs maintenance, a lot of tiles missing.
