The room was fantastic, extremely spacious and comfortable. The star though was the staff, be it folks in housekeeping, or restaurant or anywhere you encounter them. Extremely gracious folks who want you to have the best time
Everything was great, if I have to find something, it was taking buggy to everywhere you have to go. Be it from room to breakfast or to lobby or from any point a to point b. If you like walking around, its not that easy.

Everything. Beautiful resort with very nice friendly staff . Great restaurants, great pools , great breakfast and very good spa. Rooms are very big and beautiful.
A fan in the bathroom area can be helpful as the A.C doesnt get there and it is very hot from all the big windows, so by the time you put on your make up you are all sweat again. Also not enough baggies drivers and when the hotel was full you need to wait more than 20min .to go the reception or breakfast .

A perfect place with exceptional friendly staff and the best kids club. Location is nice with some nice local villages nearby and extraordinary view.
One must use internal transportation in the hotel (buggy cars). 80% of the time the transportation service is great. 20% we had to wait 10-15 minutes in the sun/heat.

We booked this hotel as part of our Honeymoon, we were very excited to stay here. We were slightly disappointed when we arrived at the airport to find our pre-booked taxi with the hotel did not arrive. They were very apologetic however and greeted me with a bunch of flowers and a lovely cake in our room. The facilities are superb with beautiful rooms. Be mindful that walking to different locations within the hotel complex takes time, they do provide buggy's which pick you up but you have to allow 10-15 minutes until they are available. There are a number of different restaurants within the complex but be prepared to pay a higher price. We ate at the Thai restaurant which was exquisite. The spa facilities are beautiful, I had an amazing massage worth every penny (similar to EU prices). Overall a lovely hotel.
