Peaceful and quiet
Attitude of staff. Housekeeper showed displeasure when asked to clean my room. Property owner made lots of excuses about security. Mentioned to him that the property was not guarded and anyone could walk in.
My villa room 15 was flooded with water on the outside and nothing was done. No clearance or towel to manage the ponding
No phone in room and no one to turn to as reception was closed most of the time. What if there is an emergency? Did not think that that was appropriate.

TV outside; too hot to sit outside. Parking is at a premium; difficult to find a spot at times, bit far out away from restaurants

The location is amazing
I stayed in the ocean front bungalow & its exactly what i was after.
Simple yet beautiful bungalow right on the edge of a pristine white sand beach.
If you love the water, swimming & snorkelling its perfect.
I wanted a holiday where i could truely relax & be away from the main town crowds
It was expensive to stay here but the bungalow & the beach was what i was after
For an expensive resort the facilities where a let down.
You had to hire any sea equipment which i think should be free for guests.
The bed was super hard and the restaurant breakfast was very underwhelming & Under-catered during busy times with angry guests lining up for coffee & no where to sit.
I saw guests arguing with staff more than once about the bad service.
Not a good look for such an expensive hotel
I skipped breakfast all together opting to ride into town for better coffee & food.

The complex was perfect for us 7-11 very close to apartment which you can buy everything needed would return

The Villa with outdoor kitchen was excellent and totally private and not overlooked . The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble . Reception handled any requests to ensure our stay was good . Location brilliant and really quiet Would highly recommend it .

It was our first time when what we've got was actually above our expectations. Super quiet location. Cozy and very clean villa with the full privacy. It looks smaller on the pictures. It is suitable for both long and short stay. You will get a stove, a fridge, a microwave and even a nice set of utensils. The stuff is absolutely friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants and massage saloons nearby plus seven eleven and a small coffee shop. Inside of your villa you'll find the menu book from the restaurants nearby so you can order everything right from the swimming pool hence you can just stay inside and enjoy peace and isolation. I'm really keen to return back one day. Didn't want to leave
It was hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower. It seems that there's a thin line and it's troublesome to catch it.
