The private pool was good after a steep climb up the hill to the accommodation. The air conditioning was efficient. Staff were helpful in getting us taxis and housekeeping was well done.
The tiles were very slippy when wet. The hot water was not always available in the shower. The bed was so hard I could not lie on my side - only on my back. Overall a bit tired and in need of some maintenance upgrade.

Amenities were reasonable. The private pool was great to cool off in. Self catering was handy as not a lot of restaurants close.
The outdoors furniture was looking a little sad and is ready for update. But not enough to put you off. .

Lovely pool villa, clean, great value. Easy quick check in, staff very helpful. No restaurant but ordered food to the villa. Was super relaxed and extended my stay.

No staff to check us in for 20 mins on arrival, could have been cleaner (taps/table surface, hobs etc), sink smelled out the room when taps run for a while.

The room is very big and the cleaning service was efficient.
It was full house for ourselves, but the space was not properly made the most of. The swimming pool is very small and the kitchen extremelly big. It is far from the located areas.

Tourists still arent allowed back into Thailand so we were the only ones in the entire complex, but I could see how during normal times this would be an amazing place to get away. Very private, not too far away from a strip of restauraunts, bars and an ok beach. You are in a complex, but the entire location is designed to provide privacy for each condo. Really great, open kitchen area with a small but nice private pool.
Because of the tourist and covid situation, ferries are very irregular, but our host helped us book our follow on ferry to Koh Tao, and then made sure we had a ride to the pier free of charge. Would definitely stay here again were I to return to Koh Samui.
Location was a bit out of the way in a relatively isolated part of the island.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Villa was ideal for two people. Really comfortable bed and powerful shower.

Even the place was lil bit far from the main road but this place is offering the best experience that I could imagine. Affordable price and excellent service from the staff. I would like to appreciate the staff named Num who assist me with high standard. From check in, serving food, and other stuff were amazing. Im really satisfy!
