It was disappointing that the air conditioning didn't work for several days. In the master bedroom, which was repaired, only the second hot one was sleeping in +30 heat. The water circulation in the swimming pool didn't work for half the trip. Expensive, but the house had already seen its time. For that money, everything has to work. The sacks were traveling all over the house, the sockets were working as they were and the lights were flickering. the water was also out for one evening and they were repaired for many hours.

I like everything about this place. It is my go-to hide out when visiting Samui. Especially Pinky that manages the staff is over the top helpful and friendly. I am always looking forward to come back.

Honeymoon suite was perfect. Private jacuzzi and pool. Pinky was always on hand with anything we needed. Not far from beach and lift down from pinky was always provided. Thanks again for a memorable trip.

Beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean, classy and comfortable. We had our own large private pool which added so much to our stay. Khun Pinky could not have been more kind and helpful during breakfast and throughout our stay. We were visiting for a part of our 2 week honeymoon and they made us feel so special and extreme welcome.
We should return with family as the villa is large and can host large families.

Everything was beyond perfect.
3 of us chose this accommadation to stay for our short holiday for five nights. The place itself is enormous, well decorated and in good condition. All the staff: Kate; Pinky; and the rest of the team were always there to support us 24/7, though some problems occured but the team solved it promptly.
The accommodation is also located in a lovely area - less overcrowded, and lots of good restaurants nereby.

Pinky was a great host that made sure everything went fine.
A lot of space. Nice rooms.
Location is good.
I think the poolwather needs to be changed.
Beds are a bid hard.
Taxis are expensive if you order one from the hotel.

It is very private, indoors and out.
Pinky is great and housekeeping was very organised. Communication was excellent.
Like many recent reviewers, I had the expectation that the property had facilities similar to a hotel. It doesnt. There are none.
The villa is very dated, the kitchen was falling apart.
What I really didnt like about the property, is that even though its very close to town, its an extremely arduous walk due to the hilly position. it isnt suitable for anyone who isnt able bodied.

Did not get breakfast but location of property very difficult as it was on a very steep hill which we could not walk up or down on (my wife has knee problems) We thought the property was a type of hotel with full amenities but it is a self catering property. The staff including Pinky were excellent. hard working and pleasant and helped to make our holiday a success

Friendly and amazing stay!
Couldnt thank you enough for having us staying there. Absolutely peaceful place. And comfortable with golf cart and super friendly staffs. Scooter and massage is just right on my door. All you need Pinky will take care of it for you.
