The property was amazing, very clean and in a great position. Palm the Manager was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, she always went above and beyond!
The golf buggy was a great help, running to and from the beach! We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family!

Great facilities, very kind and welcoming staff. They can make a very good breakfast though it’s pricey for a family of 5 (500 THB per person).
All doors have safety locks to prevent kids from reaching the pool or exit the villa.

Staff at the villa where exceptional. Very friendly and always keen to assist. They checked in with us regularly and brought us fruit platters and chocolates. The pool was amazing to have with kids, and the cool breeze on the hill where the villa was situated was amazing, really comfortable.

Excellent resort with all services available in your own privacy, exceptional staff led by Kate and entire team. Private chef romantic dinner arranged in hours, a very special treat and delightful experience. Our private villa was a true cocoon surrounded by lush tropical landscaped gardens. A must I will recommend all our family and friends and will return after our Koh Tao stay.

Nice and cosy place. Lots of space and privacy, and we really enjoyed it with full heart<3
The house has a caracter, beautiful and comfortable. We had our own swimming pool which our son loved so much! Upstairs we had two big separate bedrooms with own bathrooms (Tv´s provided) and downstairs a room with two bunk beds (beautiful and wide ones with own bathroom), and a nice tv chilling room. We had a big kitchen, where to cook and if we didn´t feel like cooking or going to the near by restaurants we ordered Grab to the house gate- very handy! You don´t need to go anywhere if you just want to chill at the house.
Our host was Pinky. Amazing warm hearted person. She mastered everything. She was always available, through WhatsApp. Her staff was very kind, they did amazing job with cleaning. They provide cleaning every day if you need, with water and tea/coffee capsules provided to the house for your use. At our last morning Pinky and her staff came to the house and brought us pancakes and it was such a warm gesture.
We left to Mae Nam and when we left the house, we told Pinky that if we didin´t find a home like this, we would return. And 4 days later we did;)
Restaurants, shops, massage, Muay thai outdoor gym walk by, 7-eleven and Tops, walking 10 minutes. Also daytime we could text Pinky if we needed her ride somewhere nearby. The house is on the hills, with own private land, gates and guard at the nighttime, so you are very safe and secure.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely atmosphere. The unit was clean and well facilitated and perfect for two people. The private spa and pool were great when we got too lazy to head to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The villa is so clean and comfortable, close to everywhere. Security man is very sweet and al the staffs are very helpful.

Lovely place, scooter and massage can be arrange.

It was disappointing that the air conditioning didn't work for several days. In the master bedroom, which was repaired, only the second hot one was sleeping in +30 heat. The water circulation in the swimming pool didn't work for half the trip. Expensive, but the house had already seen its time. For that money, everything has to work.
The sacks were traveling all over the house, the sockets were working as they were and the lights were flickering. the water was also out for one evening and they were repaired for many hours.

I like everything about this place. It is my go-to hide out when visiting Samui. Especially Pinky that manages the staff is over the top helpful and friendly. I am always looking forward to come back.

Honeymoon suite was perfect. Private jacuzzi and pool. Pinky was always on hand with anything we needed. Not far from beach and lift down from pinky was always provided. Thanks again for a memorable trip.
