Everything was excellent. Clean and roomy bungalow, new facilities, great mattress and ac, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing beach and restaurant.

Perfect location, lovely rooms great spot directly into beach.
The fact that people outside the hotel use the beach causing it to feel over crowded.

Comfortable villa, very well maintained and tidy gardens. Breakfast very good, not huge choice but enough. Beach location good, able to have a Thai massage by beach very handy.

EVERYTHING was good! - Everywhere is very pretty and clean and well thought out and well-maintained - Staff were wonderful - The location is right in the middle of the tourist area, so very easy to get to (in some units you might hear noise from the non stop parties outside) - The beach is very nice, but because it is in the tourist area, is gets quite crowded - I see a lot of people complained about breakfast, which is a mystery to me, because there were a lot of options (omelette, cereal, yogurt, soups, hot foods, fruits, pastries, juices, even a juice presser!) - The A/C worked great, and I liked how they even had a fan in the bathroom
