Exceptional
By far the most welcoming staff Ive ever experienced. I was in 5 star resorts on the Maldives, Italy, France and Austria this hotels service tops them all.
Examples include:
The hotel staff buying water for me, so I could drink as much as I wanted for free.
Getting a free ride to the nearby city when one of them drives there.
Getting additional towels immediately for an unannounced visitor I had for one night.

Custom room cleaning times according to your needs
All members were super friendly all the time, always concerned for my needs and I left with a handshake (which hotel does something like this? Its amazing!)
Additionally you have access to the beach of nearby luxury resorts, so its really clean and beautiful. And the town nearby also has everything you could need. Although you could probably spend your entire time comfortably in the good rooms of the hotel.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the beach. Large room with comfortable bed. Kind staff.

I had a nice stay. The beach 100m away and has a few hotel bars. The main area for pubs and shopping in chaweng is 10 mins on a scooter which suited me. The room is large and has good air conditioning. It could use a more modern tv but other than that I was very happy with it.
The staff are fantastic especially Spicy. He was extremely helpful and friendly. My bike broke down and he helped me to get it repaired, even driving me to the garage.
Just the tv. No flat screen.

Comfortable beds and nice people but nothing more.
Dont go there if you want good holidays!! We booked 3 nights we stayed only one. Not clean, cockroaches everywhere in the room! The guy did a bad chemical spray in the entire room and it was impossible for us to stay in, dangerous for your health. We didnt receive the room that we booked. We received a very old room with street view very loud. Walls very dirty. We only had one night refund instead of two. Its the worst hotel we had so far in Thailand.

The Hotel is really near one beach, and you can find some restaurants near. The price its good. In the first floor of the hotel you can find a cafe where you can have breakfast. The hotel its old, but it was clean.
The Beach nearby is nice but with many waves. The path to go to the supermarket is not so nice if you go walking because there is not a path way. There is not elevator.

There is a good beach across the toad and a short walk down a track. Hotel receptionist, Spicey, was very friendly and helpful
Noisy highway next to rooms. A bit dangerous for walking up the hill to get to restaurants because there are no footpaths (anywhere in Koh Samui actually). The local council really needs to provide footpaths on roads everywhere.

really big, clean room. staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. comfy bed. good cleaning each day and top ups of coffee and water. Staff helped us with booking our next trip last minute.
sadly there were a few big ants in the bathroom.

The breakfast shop/ bakery was excellent!
The very busy road you had to cross to get to the beach. Walking on the side of the road to Siam restaurant was tricky with all the traffic

The hotel staff at all times were very friendly and attentive. The beach is about 2 minutes from the hotel. To go to my next destination, they helped me to get a taxi and which ferry and where to catch it. Very recommendable!!
