The pool was really good and relaxing and the rooms where super clean staff also really helpful

This hotel fell far short of our expectations. The online photos are probably from the time when the hotel was built, as the actual rooms are completely different - muvh older and worn down. The bathroom door (not sure it can be called door) lacked functionality, and the bed was uncomfortable and seemed also very old. Thankfully, our stay was only for one night due to an early morning flight, otherwise we would have tried to find alternative accommodation. I would recommend to the hotel owners to retake pictures that represent the actual reality of the rooms and hotel.

Pool was ok, but a bit quiet & tired.
A bit shabby- needs redecorating, not as good as pictures, overpriced in comparison to others close by. Location not great

It is a good location you can reach the beach in a 10min walk and all the bars and food in 5min

Had a swimming pool, albeit the bar never opened & quite a lot of the mosaic tiles had broken off. Tube photos are flattering.
My TV & safe never worked, despite me asking 5 times.
Kitchenette tap didnt work.
Bathroom light above the mirror didnt work.
For easier flights (& to avoid packing & unpacking) I decided to stay another 3 days, but they charged me for 4 & refused to reimburse me for the extra day.
Staff spoke little English.
On my departure I asked the receptionist to book me a taxi for 07.30am. At 8am they advised that I hadnt confirmed it.so it hadnt been ordered

Location close to Central Samui Shopping Centre
Very very basic hotel. Pool separate from hotel. Pool Bar not open. You had to leave sign in your door to get your room made up with fresh towels etc which wasnt done till around 3pm. No teabags in room. Would not stay there again for the price I paid!

the hotel is just 3km to the airport yet the taxi (arranged by the hotel) is 350 baht- nearly US$10. Of course this doesn't break the bank but is a ridiculous price for an ~5 minute cab ride in thailand.

Ive stayed here before , location is great , staff are lovely people , its not 5star but the price reflects that to be honest its low price basic room & as long as you know that before booking you will be pleased . I recommend

Great place. A tad noisy in the front room at the hotel. However, some earplugs took care of that. Staff are amazing. And the hotel is situated in a prime place for Chaweng.
