The location was very good, the beach was very near and a lot of restaurants as well. The lady at the reception was very nice and I could even check in an hour earlier. The room was also very good. All in all, I was very satisfied and can recommend this place!

The owner is so friendly! Her smile and enthusiasm brightens your day The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything you needed! Wifi was also good and fast. Great location, close walk to Lamai beach and loads of restaurants

I absolutely loved my stay here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, in particular Nong, who is not only a great hotel owner but a lovely person as well. The room was cleaned properly whenever I needed, the laundry service, although not the cheapest option in Samui, is good value for money as everything came back in under 24 hours cleaned, dried, ironed, and folded (more effort than I would ever put in when cleaning my own clothes). Upon arrival, Nong gave me a list of her favorite/popular restaurants along Lamai road and immediately made me feel so welcome. The location is super ideal, right in the heart of the Lamai area but also tucked out of the way so there was no noise at all. Very easy access to the beach from multiple points and close to numerous restaurants and bars. If looking to train Muay Thai, the hotel is a straight line walk of around 10 minutes to WMC Lamai Muay Thai gym and the balconies provided with the hotel rooms are ideal for airing out boxing gloves and shinnies that aren't welcome in the room! I highly recommend staying here, was perfect for my stay, and would 100% come back.
The wifi is quite dodgy (might also be because of the thunderstorms during rainy season) but I was here long term so had unlinmited data on a Thai sim card so didn't bother me too much.

Decent location, has balcony, effective air-con, strong secure wifi, comfortable bedding, plenty of space for toiletries in bathroom. Owner/ manager provides good advice, recommendations. Relatively inexpensive hotel and overall a good choice.
The shower is unusual. Water pressure ok but comprises two taps for two separate outlets - one hot, one cold - neant to blend these two sources to find the ideal temperature. Could also use a powerpoint closer to the bed. Not the end of the world though.

We recently stayed here and really enjoyed our stay, its in the centre of lamai and is within walking distance of everything in the area. The staff are the heart of this place, they are more than helpful and really make you feel comfortable. The rooms are cleaned every day and 2 water bottles are put in the room too, the rooms are a bit outdated but you can tell that the staff make the best of what they have.
The only downfall was the construction going on across the road, drilling ect. Started at 9am but thats completely out of the control of the hotel so we didnt complain but would just take into account that you can hear a lot going on outside

These two ladies who run the property are the sweetest! They are very helpful and friendly.
The bed is comfy and the room was very clean. Renting a scooter for 200 baht was nice and easy. The location is really amazing. Overall recommend this place when you're on a budget and want a prime location.
The hotel seems to be quite old. This was not really an issue for us though. Furthermore, a safe is missing in the room, but these ladies seemed more than trustworthy so it's not really an issue either.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in the heart of Lamai, but still nice and quiet at night. The hotel is run by two lovely ladies who are very welcoming. They helped us book day trips to the elephant sanctuary, and gave us good information for booking transfers to Phuket and other islands. The room is spacious and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The air con works well. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.
