Very Good
Very friendly and accommodating staff. It seemed we were the only hotel guests. Rooms were clean but appeared a little dated.
The general area looked a bit rough and worn. Lots of closed down businesses.

The bungalow park is filled witph exotic plants. Cross the street and you are on the beach.
Just little things that are a but shabby. A bit more maintemance on litte things (noisy airco's), New sealing kit here and there.

Really friendly and helpful staff, nice pool and resort in general, good wifi, direct beach with lots of bars and restaurants, everything was clean and scooter rental directly in the hotel

Room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The swimming pool was a good size and kept clean. Great location 1 minute walk across the road to Klong Nin beach and near lovely beachside restaurants. Would recommend Richeys for good food and live music
Cleanliness of our room was poor and sometimes not cleaned at all. General eating area and toilets need updating and decoration.

The restaurant didn't seem to be open. On the last day we saw people having breakfast, so maybe it was because we only got up late everyday ;-)

location is good. room is cheap.
room 801 and 901 should NOT be used unless you are deaf. its impossible to sleep as its just at the street level. constant loud noise even in the night.

it was well located and close to all amenities.
the bathroom is dated and a little uncleanliness. The tiles need a good scrub. The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable and I did not get one good nights sleep. there was no balcony. I did not even know that we could get breakfast at our accommodation as nobody told us.

The resort is a quiet place situated pretty close to the beach, at a walking distance really. I stayed here only for a day so did not use alot of the amenities. The owner/staff was very helpful and helped me save some money too
It is quite far from the old town. That's the only price one pays for choosing a location this quiet. Breakfast spread wasnt there. Very limited options

We loved it so much we booked for an extra 28 nights koh lanta Khlong non beach is amazing i would highly recommend anyone to visit relaxing each just across the road lovely beach bars staff amazing

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food at the house restaurant is delicious and at the local price. Swimming pool is very nice but very deep.
The included Breakfast is too simple but ok. I heard the animal (Maybe rats) running on the ceiling of my room so loud but only for one night. The toilet is outdoor and I saw a big cockroach in my toilet for one time.

Pool was out of order but we still had to pay for it. Personal wasnt really friendly. Rooms not worth the money
