The room was spacious and comfortable; the swimming pool was a good size; there was adequate car parking at the hotel.
It would have been nice if the breakfast could have included cold meats (ham, salami, etc.)

Not too bad and not too good. Enough for our appetide. Good scenery. Eating breakfast beside the pool we are enjoying.
Breakfast choices is not that much. Some of the food is too spicy. And if u stay there for few days, u will see the food is almost the same.

We had a very pleasant stay while exploring the National Park. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Communication with the hotel via email and Whatsapp was a bit slow prior to our arrival. It's better to call them directly if urgent.

We stayed at the hotel and had one of the best experiences we’ve had in Thailand. The place is clean, cozy, quiet, and close to the national park. The rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is simply relaxing and welcoming.
But what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding level of service. From the very first moment, the staff helped us book a guide for a full-day tour of Khao Yai National Park, and on an evening when we couldn’t find anywhere to eat because all the nearby restaurants were already closed, they even arranged a ride for us to 7/11.
We especially want to mention Yumi from the reception, who was beyond amazing. After we checked out, she discovered that we had forgotten some important items at the hotel—just a few hours before our flight back to Israel. Yumi not only found everything, but also personally assisted me throughout the entire process: packing the items, arranging the shipment, and making sure the package would reach us on time in Bangkok. She was patient, professional, kind, and had the biggest heart. We truly felt that she went above and beyond to help us, which is far from obvious.

Absolutely everything, cleanest place I’ve stay in long time. Stuff was fabulous, breakfast to die for … also you must try their signature beef burger. We had it almost every night. Been traveling all summer brake and this place was our favorite in Thailand. Well done to everyone who works there. Thank you Kun Adam
