Beautiful , clean room with terrace overlooking lush gardens. So peaceful with river running through. Restaurant over gardens for breakfast and dinner can be pre ordered but other restaurants near by .
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
We booked tours with advice from them in advance .

Wow what a wonderful stay! Great family-gave recommendations on day trips and set us up for 3 separate tours. Provided transport to the park entrance and from there we were able to get transport to the visitor center for a day of independent hiking. Great breakfast included and dinners for a cost also wonderful but they also gave us great restaurant recommendations close by. There’s a place right around the corner with coin operated washing machines and snacks. The lodging was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable beds and the best thing-super quiet! They brought us snacks every day that were delicious! They arranged transport back to the train station for our onward trip. Honestly can’t say enough about our stay. We’ll come back the next time we’re in kao yai!

Everything. It was just like being in paradise.
The place is amazing. The people are so fantastic. They were sweet, kind and very helpful when we needed anything. We felt like kings and queens, but very personal as well. The owner was lovely and Tipp was amazing too!
We did lovely trips from there, walked and borrowed bikes to go to the marked. There is luxury restaurants but also lots of nice local places.
There was a secret swimming place 3 km away and the sun of the owner toulk us there by car.
We got lots of nice extras like most amazing mango and sticky rice.
It is maybe a bit of the culture, but still I saw difference with some of the staff who acted equal. Some of the staff were so helpfull, but they acted like they were submissive. I did not like the feeling it gives me, we ar all people and we are equal. I would say, don't act like you are less then us please.

Serene setting next to the river , gorgeous green garden setting, staff extremely wonderful and helpful, we really enjoyed breakfast every morning

I loved everything about this property. The owner
and staff were so kind and friendly, always happy to recommend places to visit and restaurants nearby. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a natural garden and a small creek behind the property. In the morning, I even saw the small hornbills and a white squirrel while taking a stroll — such a incredibly lovely place.
The room was homey, clean, and comfortable. They also provide nice breakfast. It’s located in the convenient area and very private and close to nature. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back when I visit Khao Yai again.
Especially Thank you Nong Ton Nam for making our stay so special with your lovely hospitality. I truly appreciate your warm service.

Absolutely MUST STAY HERE!! This is a slice of heaven. The family is delightful and accommodated all my needs. Booking the Khao Yai National Park tour and Bat Cave Experience with them was a breeze. Breakfast was fantastic. This is a gem! I saw so much wildlife and I hated leaving. A magical stay.

This resort is exceptional! We stayed here with two friends, We all rated this resort as one of the best places where we have ever stayed globally. If you wish to travel around Khao Yai National Park or this area of Thailand just use this place as your base. I could write about each aspect individually but no need. The family, the staff, the room, the wonderful garden, etc. 10/10 everywhere. All four of us we will be back soon, fortunately having homes not too far away.

Everything. Maybe the best small hotel we have stayed in for years of travelling all over Thailand. The location with a stunning garden is superb. The small cottage we stayed in is so comfortable and has a very beautiful garden with large outdoor patio.
The staff service is fantastic.
Tasty drink and snack waiting in the room after being escorted to the cottage.
Furnishing is so tasteful.
Only breakfast available but several good value restaurants within a mile .
We will definitely return for a few days later in the year .
