Modern, well designed 'poshtel' with comfortable rooms. Friendly efficient staff Clean, well equipped room with the biggest bathroom I have seen in some time. Super fast wifi Within walking distance of the bus station, train station and night market.
Private rooms are a bit overpriced.

The decor was very modern and in the theme of the railways. Breakfast included was very nice. Staff assisted us in scooter hire.
Coin laundry was broken.

The ambience and the location. Although breakfast options are a few, but the Chef whips tasty
Some basic facilities like hand wash not available. Toiletries arent refilled properly. Have to remind staff to make-up the room in-spite of putting the sign outside the hotel while v were away for 7 hours.

Very clean, nice staff, all the facilities were there and just a great base to come back to.
Airconditioning could be better in the room and bathroom and hallway on the 5th floor. The room only had a specific airflow which did not cover everything, Bathroom did not really have any airco as well as the hallway. It did not affect our stay as much but definitely nice to improve :)

The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the 7th floor was good. The bathroom was OK, spacious. The breakfast was good and efficiently managed (choose your menu and time the night before). The staff were kind and supportive, they let us bring in food from outside to eat in the lobby (they provided cutlery).
There was only instant coffee at breakfast (you can only pay for 'proper' coffee at the cafe downstairs). The air con unit was quite large and a little bit noisy at night. The rate with booking dot com was more expensive than to book with the hotel directly.

only 1 vegetarion option for breakfast was an omelett but it was only vegetarian if you asked ro remove the bacon.

No daily room cleaning AC works in one mode. We couldnt change the air direction or the temperature. Although we could change the air intensity. Anyways, cold air is blowing right on the bed and I couldnt sleep because of it. But if you turn off AC, it becomes very hot and also impossible to sleep. Theres also one mode, which works life a fan (blowing normal temp air), so it saved me a bit Deposit needed during check in

Staff was very helpful with tourist info when asked. Room was OK but needs to be taken better care of. Clean and spacious though.
