Everything good. Reasonably priced close to many restaurants and bars. Hot water and instant coffee available at the entrance/lobby.
The attached cafe wasnt open in the morning.

Helpful and welcoming.
Comfortable stay, tidy and clean, non smoking.
The bed cover was clean but perhaps the inner was a bit stale and should be laundered more often.
The staff communicated well and hostess was exceptional in her response and assistance in solving a transport mishap which was entirely someone else's problem.

The room was nice, comfortable and had a good view.
Customer service skills need improving. I had to wait in an empty cafe for c. 20 minutes before someone showed up to check me in. My presence on site felt like a burden to the lady who did end up checking me in - I was not welcomed. The locks on the bedroom door are poor and I required assistance to get it to work when going out, this again was a frustration to the staff member onsite. The location is far from town/train station.

Everything was awesome. Staff, room, facilities, close to everything. I highly reccomend this, I will come back for sure in future.
Drain in toilet was stuck. Balcony is useless, dont have chair or table.

Wonderful
Comfortable room. Friendly staff, with good service. Water and necessities topped up every day. Easy to walk to restaurants and cafes, and it's not too far to walk to the famous bridge. I stayed for 5 nights and it was very pleasant. Thank you!

I liked that it was cheap and cozy. The balcony was really big but the bathroom was old.
There was no reception area and there was a lot of construction going on. The rooms were big but there was no privacy because I could hear other people in other rooms

The area was nicely quiet and the bed was comfy.
The fridge and the AC make quite some noise, which can be annoying if you want to sleep. Also a shower curtain was missing.
