This is a wonderful place to stay. The room, service, food and location were all perfect. The staff were professional and we were also impressed with their nature friendly and sustainable practices. We were able to learn how to compost and got to see happy elephants.

We initially booked for 4 nights but extended our stay and stayed 9 nights. Throughout our 9-day stay, we observed the daily cleaning routine, including gathering leaves and maintaining the garden. The property and bungalows are beautifully maintained, a clean pool with loungers and complimentary towels, and bicycle rentals. Nice cozy bungalows (air conditioning, hot water, great bed) we felt at home. Since we work remotely, this setting was ideal for us. The wifi was reliable throughout the property. Restaurant at the river: Great food and is open all day. Breakfast from a menu (all you can eat) and sometimes a buffet. Was very good! Elephants: You can observe 3 rescued elephants everyday in their natural environment. The elephants stroll by your bungalow every day. Incredible! What we appreciate is the policy that prohibits tourists from bathing with or riding the elephants, emphasizing a commitment to respecting the animals' normal life. Also other animals: sheep, chickens, and ducks. We enjoyed watching squirrels play near our bungalow everyday amazing! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the laundry service was amazing, providing fresh-smelling clothes within a few hours. They were helpful with taxi services, provided new towels, and offered daily cleaning and drinkable water. An ecological system: with vegetables sourced directly from the farm and fresh eggs from the chickens. 100% recommended!

The place at one time would of been a dream. Its like the land that time forgot. Room nice and comfortable . Peaceful and quiet. Staff OK ish.
Was bitten alot by mosquito as in woods. Hardly no one their and is a very huge resort. Too far away from anywhere. Had to get taxi always. Did not rent mopeds. Spooky place. If you have your own transport worth a stay.

It is a quiet place, where you can rest and disconnect from the eagerness of every day. You feel like living in a small village. Obviously for me, it was a surprise to see the elephants, having the opportunity to see this animal without the pressure of work for tourists is magical.
I like everything, because everything agrees with the value paid, what I was looking for. I recommend renting a vehicle for more convenience, but hotel will get you a taxi always .

Resort is located in a lovely location at the side of the river, very spacious grounds surrounded by nature..rooms was spacious and clean..all the staff was nice and friendly...my daughter enjoyed the animals...there's bike hire and a swimming pool which is a bonus...Nice food and a bar onside..we intend to stay here again next year.

The quiet location many trees,animals,river,food value & taste,some grown fresh.Pools ok!Resident rescue elephants living on property lease that bath in river every afternoon.
After 5 day only couple in resort' Invaded by dozens of Thai's for big party Saturday night surrounding our bungalow with shared neighbours.Drums & music in main building close to our room,came back from day out 8pm to sleep but could not. Was no notification was happening.

The atmosphere at the resort is nice and the area is huge. Good soundproofing. Buffet breakfast. Nice River area to relax.
Some time ago it was a fancy hotel, I suppose. But now it all looks too tired. In fan room, which we stayed there was old rusty air con, which was out of order. Bathroom is old, but everything works. If remove all the old staff and keep just old stylish furniture with clean white walls, it would be much more cozy space.

A large and beautiful property, very quiet. Many animals and places for the kids to explore on their rental bikes. The restaurant offers good Thai food and the stuff are very friendly.
The rooms are basic. New blankets, some extra pillows coffee/tea and tea spoons would have been nice. There is no wifi in the rooms. It is about half an hour drive out of Kanchanaburi and there is no grocery shop near-by.
