Wonderful
Great location, a lot of tree surround you. Great staffs, quick resolve the problems. Egg & Ham & Sausage in breakfast was really delicious. General stuffs they prepare for us Welcome board had my name on it :D
Insect can pass through below doors (I use floor mat to block after I found it and staff already help me with that) Flush toilet need more upgrade, but it was fine though. Croissant not delicious

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no nearby restaurants or shops, and the hotel does not serve food or drinks (other than breakfast). If you do not have a private car, you are completely dependent on pre-arranging taxis/tuk tuks as there is nothing in walking distance of the hotel and there is no passing traffic to hail a taxi. Staff were extremely unhelpful.

Exceptional
Very nice and quiet hotel. We traveled with our 3 kids and the staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful and large rooms. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and pastries. We had an excellent time in the journey ! We definitely recommend it !
The pool side could be enhanced.

Bit old and air-conditioning in the main room was so noisy we had to turn it off at night but then the room got hot black hand marks on the doors and on the day we found a snake skin in one of the rooms the kids were sleeping

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room spacious and not the typical hotelroom. We even got a whole breakfast buffet for just the 4 of us.
Pool needed some cleaning, some maintenance needed to be done, but I think that this is due to lack of guests lately, so I trust this will all be fixed. It is a great place to stay!

Gorgeous large family room, fantastic breakfast, incredibly helpful staff. Would stay there again.
Quite far from town but staff will drive you there for a small fee. Property would have been perfect if the pool had been clean enough to swim in.
