Pleasant
Swimming pool, location is good as right in the centre of the main tourist street 2 min walk from restaurants and bars.
There was gecko poo in the bathroom and room and spider webs above the bed with at least 3 spiders chilling in them. The main issue was the bathroom which smelled really bad , maybe a plumbing issue. When we arrived the room also smelled horrendous because of the door to the toilet being left open. I'm not sure if this is the case for all the rooms.

Not much
Bathroom was filthy in original room, and pile of waste outside car park view.
To be fair, they changed to another room. Unless you use the pool there are better places.

The room is pretty big for a couple we love also the pool.
Sofa is quiet dusty and dirty and toilet door is broken.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good.
Hotel was a little outdated. Swimming pool was nice and close to all the rooms however the water was very warm.

Wonderful
Large clean room with a comfy bed and all lower rooms open towards the pool. The restaurant overlooks the river
A kettle in the room would be a great addition but otherwise it is a great place to overnight

Very spacious room although a larger wardrobe would have been nice. Location excellent. Was very impressed with the Sky cafe opposite, free coffee and excellent food overlooking the river.
The pool could have done with more frequent cleaning and more sun loungers were definitely needed.

Exceptional
The room is very nice and the whole hotel is really beautiful.
The location is just next to the main street but away from the noise.
there's a restaurant and a coffee place both belong to the hotel and are located near it. The restaurant has an amazing view and it was our favorite restaurant in kanchanaburi.
Some of the people in the reception didn't know English and it was difficult to communicate with them.
The pool wasn't very clean.
