Very friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect buffet breakfast with lots to chose. Staff helped to arrange private taxi for 4 days to do the highlights of this area for a good price. Perfect, thanks for the hassle.

The staff were super nice, accommodation was near bus terminal, which we appreciated on day trips out of Kanchanaburi, but little bit far from the centre of the city. Breakfasts were delicious and various.
It could be a little bit cleaner, in the bathroom were some hair and a little bit dust. Wi-Fi didnt work well.

WHAT a lovely hotel and great staff. The breakfast is only 100 Baht and is also highly recommended. The room included water and was very comfortable. There is a food night market close by for great food

Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and have all necessary facilities comparing to its price. Breakfast is ok and quite various; rice, bread, porridge, eggs, sausages, milk, conflakes, drinks etc. Location is in the city.

Room was well laid out, spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were reasonable. For the price it was good value.
Being away from the centre of Kanchanaburi did mean you didn't have immediate access to tourist attractions. Noises from outside easily carried and could have been disturbing especially as it was a relatively quiet location.

The facility was clean and very easy to find. The staff I had encountered were very kind and helpful. I felt very much taken care of. For example: one night I felt uncomfortable due to homesickness and other and I went down to the reception. The men behind the desk asked me about my wellbeing and talked with me for a while until I had calmed myself. I felt much better after this encounter and although it was not something special it just shows how kind and goodhearted the people there are.
There was not much to do at the hotel. If you wish you stay at the hotel for some time being you may stay in your room or else there is nowhere to go. No Restaurant, bar or community room. Without a car or a taxi it was fairly difficult to get around, but that is more so due to the location and city in general. Going somewhere by foot is not very common there, so better rent a car or book a taxi.
