Very Good
We had the Deluxe room, which was at the end/corner of the facility. It was awesome waking up to the amazing view, in an airconditioned wooden hut on the river. I, personally, found the fact that the building was not perfectly level added to the character of the house. The owner was enormously helpful and very fun in interactions.
Using the bathtub in a slanted house is less ideal, as you can imagine, still very much possible. The bathroom had a bit of a smell.

Location couldn't have been better.
Room was not made up for the second day, towels were left wet.reasonably priced accommodation but no one on reception when I arrived and had to wait several minutes after I had contacted the staff. However it was a busy weekend and accomodation was at a premium.

Very friendly staff, quiet place because the rooms are at the back, away from the street. I changed my room after one night to one at the river, this was no problem at all. I checked if they had a fan I could use and they arranged it immediately. The price is cheap but it's a fair price for what you get.
The standard room (and terrace in front) was very humid and hot since there is not much wind passing there. The room at the river (one with a bath) had a not - leveled bathroom (so you tend to lean a bit to the left when using the toilet or shower) and is not convenient: difficult to get into the bath to use the shower head. The outside sitting space is also old and rusty with some holes in the floor.

For the small price you get a genuine taste of river landscape, there is not luxury, it is spartan but with a touch, I loved the atmosphere, the nature sound, the calm and the fluvial plants all around. The staff is kind and welcoming. There are three old sweet dogs. Wi-Fi everywhere.
Some maintenance needed (the bathroom was really basic, I didnt like to see the electrical cables of the boiler coming out from a hole in the wall near the water and there was a little sunken boat in front of the house that really needed to be removed). The staff was really nice, but I have to say that they lost my pajama pants when they changed the bed linen, it can happen l, is not a problem, but they denied the fact and it was weird not to find it back.

This guest house is perfect. It is in a quiet location, yet on the same road where all the restaurant and massage studios are. It's a walking distance from the train station. The staff is super friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect, 15 - 20 minute walk from the railway station, about 25 minutes to walking street on a Saturday which is mad and a must do. About the same to the Bridge. Lovely staff, super quiet and peaceful, great home cooking restaurant just out and left for about 4 mins past the 7-11. Wash and Go on the corner for laundry and great grab food options if you just want to stay in.... perfect stay.

The location of the cabin was really good, with a wonderful soothing feeling in the evening with the surrounding of nature.
The hostess was not helpful when we asked our questions and for recommendations. Although the cabin was generally nice, the shower was pretty outdated and the shower drain wasnt functioning, which resulted in a swimming pool in the bathroom.
