The hotel was very clean, welcoming and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was a repeated banging sound (possibly water pipes) which happened all night. The 2 X single beds pushed together weren't very comfortable.

Good location on the river. Breakfast offered enough choice .
No disabled access to pool or resteraunt. Access to swimming pool very difficult for older guests due to uneven stones all around it even by pool steps

The hotel is very clean. Beautiful room including spa in the room. We got an upgrade because the room was free. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Centra location with beautiful view.
If I can mention one point than its the breakfast. Sweet bread, sweet yoghurt and the boiled eggs where raw.

Great hotel on great location. On a main street located beside so many restaurants and bars but set back enough that you don't hear any of it. We only stayed two nights but enjoyed it. Rooms are big and shower and jacuzzi area was great to watch all the boats go up and down the river. Breakfast was good. A lot of choices and an egg station for eggs made to order. Staff were friendly and nothing was a problem for them.
