Wonderful
The hotel is beautiful, shady, and right by the sea. At night, there's a walking street market right at the entrance. I went shopping there on both days during my stay.

The room is big and clean. And staffs are nice and polite.
Have bugs and mosquitoes, might come from the open door when the housekeepers are cleaning. The bed and pillow are a bit old. The near by hotel is under construction and they start working before 8am. could disturb your sleeping. Also the noise from the hotel repairing something too early in morning.

I like its set up that looks like an old royal manor. Location wise is practical. Close to Cicada night market and not far from the malls. The shuttle bus service was a bonus. We would like to stay again in the future.

Big room
Major safety risk, sewage manhole cover broke while walking on the internal pathways and my husband got hurt badly. Had to run to hospital emergency to spend 4hrs to tend to the damages.

Fantastic pool and beach. Beach during high tide untill the wall of the hotel.
Breakfast was OK. I personally missed the mango and passionfruit as the property is a five star. All other fruits wee nice and tastefull.
Cleaningness of the rooms can be done better in some areas. The rest all OK and if there was any issue, the staff did all they could do to help.
We never saw any management at the propoerty, also not when we wanted to book extra nights and when we had an issue.

I have previously stayed at Wora Bura a couple of times, a few years ago, and it was a stunning beachfront resort at the time - with immaculate rooms, great service and excellent food. I was expecting this experience again when I visited last week, with a group of my close friends. It was still good, but not as nice as before :)
I was somewhat disappointed this time. The resort seems slightly run down and not as well maintained. F&B service was erratic and the selection of even standard spirits in the bar, like Vodka and Gin, was poor - not expected for a resort of this grade and category. Breakfast has become quite ordinary (used to be fantastic). Cost-cutting is evident all over the resort, which is a bit sad. Not worth the money now at US$200 or so.

Everything. The place was meticulously maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was beautiful and spotless. We have a member with mobility issue, and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. The beach was quiet and beautiful. The pool was beautiful but crowded. The area was safe. Will definitely be back.
We were hoping to get higher quality of food for the price at the restaurant. We got a salmon dish and it could have tasted better.

Beautiful hotel, with spacious rooms. Delicious food at the beach restaurant, nice breakfast. Charming staff. Long beach with white sand, perfect for swimming.
Very tasty, but slightly expensive food at the restaurant. Little bit hard to find the hotel the first time.
This is the second time in the recent past that we book rooms via Booking.com, we indicate the age of children, we select the proposed by Booking option, and we have to negotiate with the hotel to add an extra bed for the youngest! This time we asked for extra bunk, but it was not provided. We appreciate that the hotel does not charge for children until certain age, but it should not mean that the kid will sleep in the same bed as parents or siblings, it is not confortable. Hotel should be made aware by Booking.com of the exact family composition as per search criteria.

The usual, certain mainly European guests "reserving" sun lounges by placing towels on them for several hours. Difficult for the staff to manage but they did try.

Everything! This property was magical; peaceful and felt as though you escaped the world into a moment of tranquility. The grounds gorgeous; beautiful Christmas decor; koi ponds and freshly manicured grounds.
The customer service impeccable; our room as a deluxe and by far, one of the most beautiful rooms we’ve ever stayed in. We were on the ground floor and had a garden patio; perfect for morning coffee, reading or having a glass of wine! The breakfast had an array of delicacies; a myriad of choices to select from. Added bonus was it being open from 6:30-10:30 am (for those like us who enjoyed the late wake up! Walking distance to Tamerind and Cicada markets and a quick Bolt ride to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Great gym; beach side where you can enjoy a lunch, dinner or drink.
The property is truly a hidden oasis!
Nothing! Every corner of the property was perfection!
My only recommendation is to make sure the hot foods that have shellfish are noted on the cards. I am allergic to shellfish and they had pad thai and as I was getting a spoonful, noticed small shrimps in the dish.
Outside of that, a wonderful stay!
