The location, the beach, and pool view. Room was big and comfortable. Staff was incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful (11/10). The sounds of nature throughout the hotel were relaxing.
The drinks (smoothies and coffee), and the big bed were 2 beds together (which creates a hole in the middle).

We had have a blast staying at the Rock Hua hin. Staffs were well trained, they all greated us with smiles and welcoming. I liked the room so much. It was in good size, making my stay so comfortable. Swimming pool and bar area was nice too since it was direct to the beach. I will definitely go back!
Just some tiny things;
- The bathroom was big and beautiful but there're gaps between transparent glasses and blinds therefore it was not fully covered.
- I wish the beach bar area has non smoking policy to preserve fresh air for everyone.

Our baby's trip as she celebrates her 1st birthday. We appreciate for the lovely birthday surprise arranged for our little one. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special and memorable for our family.

Breakfast - very limited and slow in cooked items being brought to you, even with few customers in eating area. Car parking limited.

The hotel was very clean and modern! The pool area was very nice with lots of seating options. You can walk straight down to the beach from the pool. There are two weekend markets close by the hotel to walk to for food, entertainment or souvenir shopping.

Great services, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean room. Nice beach front.
The spa is over price, no tea or water afterward, massage therapists were not good. Comparing to massage shops across the hotel, the price, the service and the skills are much better than the hotel spa.
The pool towels can be newer.
Overall, this hotel is a bit expensive.

Staff were Lovely and very helpful. Breakfast selection was very good and it was terrific that they offered a shuttle service to the down town area free times a day. Rooms are starting to look in need of upgrading. But was a lovely stay and would highly recommend.
Rooms could do with a bit of updating.

Wonderful
This is a relatively small boutique hotel that offers a range of resort facilities. The rooms are spacious, ours even had a small pool/jacuzzi, and there is a pool and spa facilities available. The breakfast is generous and the staff are always willing to help in any way they can.
The resort is well-maintained, but it is aging. It is still a high standard and all works well. If that is the biggest criticism, then it reflects how good the The Rock is for a stay. Highly recommended.
