Great location near Market Village and the beach, excellent massage places around and restaurants. Daily cleanings were good, wifi was pretty good as well. The balcony was a nice touch. The room was big.
They could give shampoo and washcloths, the stairs are weirdly large and there is no elevator or pool. There was never anyone at the desk to ask questions or help.

Huge room, super clean, excellent bed, and big balcony. Everything beautifully maintained, and the owners are wonderful people. Zero street noise and I never heard any noise from other guests. If this place had an elevator and a 24 hour front desk, it would be a solid 3 star hotel.
It's a five story building with no elevator, and the wifi login setup is a little irksome. Minor points considering how splendid this place is!

Everything was excellent. The room was big with private bath and balcony. Ii was very clean, serviced every day, and very quiet.
AC and hot water were excellent.
The location was great, near two big shopping malls, many restaurants and only a short walk to the beach (10 or 15 minutes). I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything, the location which is quiet. Moreover, it's close to the Market Village Mall and the beach. I highly recommend this place. It's my fifth stay here and I will be back.

The room was big with air con, fridge, bathroom with shower that didn’t wet the whole floor! we got water everyday with cups & kettle so you can make your own drinks.
The location suited us perfectly however if you want to be in town centre it’s about a mile away.
We found the staff helpful. we would stay here again for sure. There’s restaurants near by especially in Soi 94 where Morning Bread is located so you can get breakfast there. Also if you go over the railway lines in Soi 94 there are restaurants and bars, also you can easily walk to Soi 88 food market from the hotel.
If you need a lift with your bags to your room, this hotel doesn’t have one!
