The service was exceptional!
The beach was a little messy. The location is far from HuaHin, but they did have a van
which dropped us off and picked us up according to their limited schedule. The TV was big, but it didn’t have easy access to Netflix or Youtube, or other entertainment for our kids movie night.

Pool facilities, Wibit, wet bubble are so much fun for my kid.
Biking lane and mini Golf are also interesting. We can stay in the resort all two days; there are so many kid activities.
The room is a bit old, especially the bath room.
The beach is very small.

Big hotel with a lot of entertainment, especially for kids. Good territory and pools! Rooms are good and spacious. However light on our room worked very weirdly, not how you expect it should work))
Breakfast was good, other food in restaurants also very good.
What it didn’t like is that our room was not prepared before our arrival. It was very hot inside, in the bathroom there was open soap and unwrapped towel… while the second room was good prepared.
My view is that hotel is a bit overpriced.

Being charged over prices for food then asked to pay ++ on top of expenses food. Asked to pay 4000bat on top of the ridiculous price for what you get. Then the electric went out on our last night and nothing done about it. 4 nights at 360£ a night ridiculous. Not clean and full of birds that wake you up every morning at 04:30am. They say 5 starts I wouldn’t give them 3 stars.

The breakfast and food was good. Great activities for kids and areas to relax as adults. Rooms were much bigger than how they looked online, no camera tricks on photos.
There could have been more transport to the surrounding towns.

The breakfast and the restaurant are nice and clean. It offers a great breakfast with a lot of choices. The staff is excellent, polite, and helpful.
The hotel is somewhat outdated, being 10 years old, which shows in its wear and tear. The rooms are large and spacious, but the beds are uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. While there is a rain shower in the bathroom, be aware that if the hotel is fully booked, the water may turn cold. Additionally, keep in mind that locals often book this place from Friday to Sunday, which can lead to noisy and chaotic weekends with screaming kids and no way to relax.

Wonderful
The rooms are huge and very creatively decorated. There are endless things to do for/with kids. Staff is very nice and the food is very good.
There is a tiny beach- not great for swimming. And the hotel is very isolated. Without a car you will have to have all your meals at the hotel which isn’t cheap.
