We were about 200 yards from the beach in a quiet location but still only a short walk from the best restaurants.
Riad Hua Hin is a quirky family run hotel with lovely staff and cats.

The place is 200 meter from the sea, and the beach at that location is great.
* The rooms are positioned in a way that your privacy is somewhat affected.
* The bathroom wasn't spic & span.
* Breakfast area is quite small.

It is a magical, comfortable and very cozy Hotel with the amazing and very stylish furniture and Interiors we've had wonderful time there and especially evenings by the pool and view all the sky. I strongly recommend it.

We loved the unique feel to this small hotel. Having stayed near more hectic Bluport area prior to our arrival, this hotel was like a little sanctuary in a quiet street. The lady welcoming us was lovely and we could check in earlier to our room. The room was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The aircon is fab and bed and the sheets were just to our taste. Breakfast was basic but enough for us in the morning.
Overall, if you aren't looking for a luxury accommodation but friendly and cozy vibe instead (within' a short walk to the beach!) this is your place ?
The soundproofing isn't the best like in most Thai hotels but all the quests were quiet so there was no noise during the night.

The staff are really friendly and it is near a great beach and good restaurants. The bath in the room was lovely and big with plenty of hot water.
It could do with a bit of a clean, furnishings are faded. The breakfast was basic.

The hotel is very close to the beach, less than a 5-minute walk. There is also a 7 Eleven nearby. The room was adequate for us and the air conditioning is very silent. The breakfast was limited but I liked the sliced fruits.
The hotel needs a renovation. The structure is beautiful but is not well maintained. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and during this period, there was no variation in the breakfast, which is basically fruits, sausage, soup, salad, sliced bread and sunny eggs. I suggest leaving scrambled eggs available for breakfast as the sunny eggs were not replaced in time due to the number of guests.

Very friendly woman, felt homely. The toilet shower broke during out stay. She fixed it straight away. Nice pool and relaxed atmosphere. She made us a big plate of fruit every day

Excellent pool. Close to beach, good local restaurants and green bus route to town centre and railway station.
Rooms were well cleaned, but the terrace could do with a good clean.

The location of this small hotel is excellent, about 200 m. from the beach. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated as a Morrocan riad, with many decorative motives representing cats too - there are also seven cute real cats! The room was large and as well decorated as the common areas; the bathroom was large enough and very ingeniously designed. There was plenty of light, both natural and electrical, which allowed for reading in bed. Breakfast was plentiful, with many choices, also for vegetarians and for vegans. However, the best was the staff, especially the lady in the reception, who went the extra mile helping me with tours and transportation.
It did not bother me, but possible clients should know there are quite a lot of steep steps to reach the ground floor, even more to reach the rooms.
Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, the path to the beach should be made more attractive - at present it is rather dirty.
