Staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to have 2 cleaning per day, because we found in the evening, our bed and room are cleaned and a set of complimantary cookies are left. Big pool but quiet to read and enjoy the sound of waves. Clean and modern facilities. They provide 3 different pillows, I liked the small neck pillow and big firm one for my legs. 3 times per day Shuttle from/to city center. Smart TV with Netflix app.
Can't think of it. We didn't mind below points at all but for those who find these important:
Access to the ocean but there is no beach. Sunbeds near the pool get occupied early but I think the hotel was fully booked during our stay and instead we got the beds in the garden.
No AC remote control, but we had to adjust it from the device on the wall.

It was surprisingly a very good hotel, especially with the poolside bungalow which are huge, clean and premium. He had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely highly recommend, and also come back again! Cheers!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was the best experience ever! All of the staff were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast options were amazing and I was very excited to dine here. Would definitely come again! Thank you Rest Detail Hotel?

Room was amazing. Night by the ocean. Had a "cottage" feel to it. Ideal if you wanted peace and quiet and not be disturbed... except for when other guests walked past your patio!
No beach. Hotel built one above the sea wall. The Resort is miles away from Hua Hin and the shuttle only runs 3 times a day. No bar to speak of. Resort pretty much dead in the evening.

The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble.
Not much to do immediately around the hotel but plenty of life within short Grab ride and the free shuttle service was a bonus too.

Would highly recommend getting a pool villa, slightly more than a standard room but private pool for just the villas (about 12 I think) with deck access off the bedroom. All the staff were amazing

Breakfast was good and varied. The pool is excellent, but the central pool is a little too close to the bar area. I stayed at the Beach Village Villa, and everything was great. However, the route to the pool and other hotel facilities was not very convenient. Actually, it was fine, except that it became a bit difficult on a rainy day

The hotel is nice, close the the sea. The room with pool and views is so nice. However I wouldn't advertise it as jacuzzi because it does not have a jacuzzi but a small pool.
We had lunch at the main restaurant and the food was not good at all (papaya salad, spring rolls). Not happy!
There are not enough vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast.

The bungalow directly at the swimming pool.
The bungalows right at the pool, seems lovely but ... another bungalow was rented out to Thai people with children that started to play in the pool at 7am. Right in front of our bed. We went to the reception and they talked to the parents. Next day same story with another bungalow and other children. Next day 3 bungalows with Thai people with children. We choose that bungalow right at the pool (pool villa) to have some peace, quit and serene holliday. Not to be right next to a huge children plunge pool.

The room is lovely and big with bath, shower, balcony. I liked the bluetooth music speaker and coffee machine. Nice views to the sea and pool. The pool is big and plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast choice is huge - decent coffee. The bar and restaurant is very good. Overall - a great stay
I think it was still a bit expensive.
