Good location, within walking distance to the beach and street food areas.
The bathroom sliding door was quite noisy. The shower uses a water heater instead of a standard water warmer, and without a mixing valve, the water was extremely hot even at the lowest setting. Communication with the owner could also be more welcoming.

I think the place is great, located right in front of the beach, and the building is cozy and nice as well. Ms. Cherry was really nice as well, rented out 2 bicycles for free, and even showed us where to go for the best experiences.
The only thing we didnt like was that the shower didn't have hot water, or at least for our room. It had the device that is supposed to warm up the water but I guess it wasn't working. It gets mildly warm sometimes.

We loved our stay at Palm Beach Resort. Very peaceful place. The owner Cherry is very helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, breakfast included, great service from owner and staff. The resort stand on the beach front. Nice pool, location with beach views and a quick walk or bike ride to shops and restaurant.

Our stay at Palm Beach Resort in Pak Nam Pran was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Cherry took great care of us, making us feel right at home. Her personal touch made all the difference—whether it was the warm welcome, helpful recommendations, or the delightful home-baked surprises she treated us to at breakfast.
The resort itself is peaceful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was laid-back, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Whether we were enjoying a quiet morning by the pool or heading out to the beach, everything felt effortless and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a place with genuine hospitality and a cozy, personal feel, Palm Beach Resort is an excellent choice. Thank you, Cherry, for making our stay so special!

Palm Beach Resort is a wonderful resort to stay!!! Not only is it a beautiful & very clean place, Cherry & her staff are very pleasant and extremely accommodating with making your visit very enjoyable! Cherry gave us a short tour around the area, so we could get an idea of where to explore! We had no transportation of our own, and she was very willing to organize, rides, tours, massages, or Anything we needed! She is very dedicated to taking care of her guests. The coffee is great too and the bed was very comfortable as well! We highly recommend staying here, and definitely would return!

Breakfasts was simple but adequate with a nice seaview. Overal, the property was as advertised. The beds and linens were pristine and the tiled walls and floors spotless. The pool and soaker pool were well maintained and the grounds were well groomed.
The property did show some signs of aging and limited use. Some of the textured concrete surfaces could benefit from more regular power washing. Wth low season usage, the room had the unmistakeable undertone of wood furniture in a warm and humid tropical setting. We have encountered this even in 5-star accomodations, so it is likely almost impossible to avoid, but airing to fully exchange the air in the room might help.

Cherry, the owner, drove us around town to show us eateries, shops and/or places to visit. She was very warm and welcoming. We felt so well looked after. The resort was exceedingly peaceful, and we had a restful time.
It took us a lot longer to get from the airport in Bangkok to the resort. Due to road construction, there were quite a few traffic jams.

Wonderful little boutique hotel just off the beach south of Hua Hin. Quiet area but wonderful bay view and some excellent local restaurants. Also found a large Lotus shopping center 15 minute drive from the hotel.
