Overall good hotel for reasonable price. A little far from city center, that's what I was looking for. Nice, clean and spacious room. Regarding breakfast some people might say not a lot of variety but for me it was just enough.
The water of sea level was very high throughout my stay, so could not enjoy the beach near hotel. Only very late at evenings the water level drops. But anyway Hotel can't do anything about it. We took a taxi to nearby public beaches. Also, personally, on pictures Hotel looked very beautiful, but actually it has some level of wear and tear. But it is fine. I guess pictures were taken when they just opened.

The room size was very decent with a nice balcony. Two chairs on the balcony would have made it perfect. Spacious bathroom/shower.
It might be due to C19 aftermath, the venue had limited amenities. Some parts of the establishment are still shut. For foreign clients I suggest a little more choice for breakfast. Thai breakfast ist very good.

Pool Area sublet to Condos at the rear, so sometimes there were a lot of young children. But the Hotel always made sure as guests you had a subbed facing the ocean

The staff were all fantastic and helpful at all times. The hotel is in a good location for sight seeing and the beach is very good and clean. The food was of a good quality.

Breakfast was good. Rooms very big, clean and new. Staff all nice and right on an amazing quiet part of beach.
The hotel has some kind of agreement with another hotel or apartment complex. So, there were 40 or so people using the pool area that were not guests.

Very comfortable and 5* service from the staff if owners reading this give them a pay rise they are a credit to your business . Lovely pool from some rooms . Comfy rooms and amenities .
2 - no iron or one available and a very very minor one the decor a little clinical and the wings made feel I was in a dignitas ! Sometimes ..

Some of the sunbeds are reserved for other people staying at another hotel ( my resort) and this doesn't make for good practice... As none of the staff will tell you this up an til the point when the people for the other hotel come.. making for a VERY Uncomfortable situation !!!! Iike wise for my parants who are in there 70s and where move on in a not very nice quick manner..!! Which made them feel uncomfortable of the rest of there say.. so beware. !!!!!!
No hot water in both rooms when arrived..
Water pressure not good..
parents had to change room dew to air con being to cold and could not fix problem..
Ps. I'm not usually a negative person but when you make my parants feel uncomfortable on holiday you gonna make me angry.....
