We loved the location of the resort. It’s a perfect private little oasis! The staff is lovely! Breakfast was very good. The pool is so pleasant and the beach access is excellent! The daily pool snacks/treats were appreciated. There are bikes and kayaks available for use as well. We will definitely be back!

Kao Tao Villa beach resort was a wonderful place for us to stay. We extended our stay there by two days. We loved the quiet pool and beach. We used the kayaks and bicycles and enjoyed eating as well as hanging out in the restaurant area. The staff could not have done anything more to make our stay better. The breakfast and dinner options accommodated our vegan and vegetarian diets. We were very sad to say goodbye and have recommended the hotel to friends and family as soon as we left.

My wife & I were looking for a homely environment at a destination that had a quiet clean beach….Our expectations were far exceeded, right on a secluded part of the beach, and a really nice pool right there to boot. The manner in which our host, “Now”, and her team looked after us made the stay an excellent one - from dinner on the beach to great tourist advice.

Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection of help-yourself items in addition to the main dish options. The seafront location was very nice, although we didn't really have time to enjoy more than a short walk along the beach.
It was a little disappointing that the last order for dinner was at 19:30 since we didn't arrive until around 19:00 and needed to unpack, clean up, etc. However, there were a few independent restaurants within walking distance so everything worked out ok.

Close to an almost emty beach. Beautiful. Nice room and great cleen pool with ocean view. Great walk around lake nearby. Dont miss Turtle cafe/restaurant.

The staff were great! Honest, good customer service, clean, helpful, was able to communicate in English. The wife and I love Hua Hin! This is a great location on the beach. You can walk to restaurants and bars. Not far from the village market if you rent a motorcycle or get a Grab. Pool temperature was perfect. Beach was beautiful and not crowded which we loved the most! Highly recommend.
I wish the roof top shower and tub were updated.

Great beach location and infinity pool. Very friendly helpful and happy staff.
Breakfast offerings rather limited. Our room didn’t have a view, just the back of the adjacent building. Limited drinks menu.

Quiet. Not many units so not at all crowded. Pool is beautiful. Right on the beach. No road between. We stayed an extra night.

Kao Tao Villa was an extremely comfortable stay - the property is very well maintained (lush green lawns, clean rooms, nice pool area with fresh towels and chairs). The property is right on the beach which is clean and also has a low gradient making it idle for swimming with kids...the property is towards one end of the beach because of which it wasnt very crowded. The restaurant is great (simple and tasty continental breakfast) and good thai ala carte for lunch and dinner. The staff was helpful and courteous. We had requested for an extra bed in the room on a chargeable basis which is ready when we arrived. A very nice tourist beach, a small trek to a Buddha temple and a nice small lake all at walking distance.
There is nothing to not like - just a note that the property is walking distance of a nice small lake, a temple, some good restaurants and some small grocery shops, but the nearest 7-eleven is not at a walking distance.

The location is perfect, good breakfast, free-flowing coffee. Staff very friendly and leave you to your privacy. Pool is great and the beach just steps away. I left and then booked to go back in 5 days time.

everything! perfect for me and traveling with kids. pool & beach proximities. we had an amazing seafood dinner ON the beach. just us and very relaxing. we have one of the rooms opposite road - first i was concerned - but the road is generally quiet and easy to cross for kids by themselves . The Garden/Tree/ Light installations are cute and tasteful.

Quiet area, good for romantic couples, very friendly staff, almost empty beach, nice beach view with local fishers nearby, interaction with locals in nearby restaurants, free bikes to explore neighborhood, cheap and nice food in nearby local market in a temple
Difficult to get into nearby Hua Hin to enjoy nightlife due to hotel location in a small village.
