Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa is a beautiful resort. The architecture and overall design are amazing, and the number of swimming pools really makes it stand out. It’s a great choice for a family vacation because you can easily spend your entire stay at the resort without needing to go anywhere else. The beach is also beautiful, peaceful, and right in front of the property.
The most annoying part was the horse riders stationed right outside the resort’s beach entrance. There was horse poop around the area, which caused an unpleasant smell, and the riders repeatedly approached us offering rides even after we had said no several times. For a resort of this standard, this really takes away from the otherwise beautiful and peaceful beachfront experience.
The halal options at breakfast were also quite limited, which was disappointing for us.
Another issue was the overall value for money. Considering the premium price of the resort, very little was complimentary beyond the room and breakfast. Even many of the children’s activities were chargeable. At this price point, small inclusions such as complimentary poolside drinks, a kids’ meal, or some included children’s activities would have made the experience feel much more worthwhile.
Lastly, there were quite a few loud and unsupervised children around the pool areas. Some were behaving quite wildly, and we didn’t see much intervention from the staff. As parents travelling with a young child, there were moments when this made us concerned about our child’s safety.
Overall, it is a stunning resort with fantastic pools, beautiful architecture, and a lovely beachfront location. We enjoyed our stay, but better management of the beach entrance, more halal breakfast options, a few complimentary inclusions, and better supervision around the pool areas would make the experience much more deserving of the premium price.

Great service, all staffs are super friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, many choices of food. Give best care to Restaurant Operation Manager. He’s the best. Also, great facility for baby.
The TV can’t connect to google so it’s hard to entertain my kid when she’s in room.

The staff are very well trained, from the bellmen and reception team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and gardeners. Everyone smiles and greets you whenever they see you.
The breakfast buffet is amazing, with so many choices and different options every day. Lunch and dinner at Amber and Big Fish were just as good.
The pool is huge. Even with many guests, it never felt too crowded. Perfect for families with kids.
The room was clean, comfortable and up to the standard you’d expect from Marriott.

The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and the rooms are modern and spacious. excellent location, right next to the shopping mall, close to night markets.
The staff were outstanding. always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were beautiful with luxurious bedding, ample storage space, big TV, good tea/coffee amenities, spacious bathroom, lovely toiletries and a spacious, private balcony with a nice outlook.
The gym was excellent and we loved the quiet adult pool. Immaculate grounds and gardens.
The buffet breakfast was amazing with the best quality fresh fruits. I especially liked the Jackfruit. My husband and son were huge fans of the of Moo Ping. The Pumpernickel bread was delicious as was the croissant pudding. The crab dumplings were to die for!
Every staff member encountered was friendly and professional.
Centrally located; (albeit on a very busy road), close walking distance to Market Village, very good supermarkets and the main night market. For anywhere else you can catch the cheap baht bus out front of the hotel. The beachfront is decent for the area.
When I booked a 2 Double Beds Guest Room, I was under the impression that would sleep 3 adults (2 in 1 double bed and 1 in the other). In reality, the double beds were on the small size and not comfortable for 2 persons. Adding an extra bed was the only other option but this was a roll away bed - adequate for a child maybe but not for our grown-up son. No matter what hotel you stay in, a roll away bed is never comfortable for an adult in my opinion. So that was a bit of a shame.

All staff are very friendly and helpful :) Check-in/out process was fast and easy. Room and bed were comfortable and swimming pool was just steps away! There were also adult pools so you won't have to be in the same pool with young kids which was great for a long weekend stay :) Room service food was alsovl very good and didn't have to wait too long.
If you want to sit on the balcony, you can't leave the balcony door open because the A/C will shut off but luckily the wind was nice so it wasn't really a bother!

Bringing drinks and food from the outside is allowed to use in your room area only, which is a bit of bummer since the hotel menu is not that affordable compared to Thailand, and prices not including tax which ruin a bit the experience.
