All staff are very friendly and helpful :) Check-in/out process was fast and easy. Room and bed were comfortable and swimming pool was just steps away! There were also adult pools so you won't have to be in the same pool with young kids which was great for a long weekend stay :) Room service food was alsovl very good and didn't have to wait too long.
If you want to sit on the balcony, you can't leave the balcony door open because the A/C will shut off but luckily the wind was nice so it wasn't really a bother!

Location, private beach, facilities and slides for kids.
Bringing drinks and food from the outside is allowed to use in your room area only, which is a bit of bummer since the hotel menu is not that affordable compared to Thailand, and prices not including tax which ruin a bit the experience.

Having a comprehensive facilities
I am giving this rating specifically due to a major booking discrepancy caused by Booking.com. I booked a room for 5 guests and paid a higher price to include an extra bed. However, Booking.com provided incorrect information to the hotel, claiming I had only booked for 4 people.
Despite my confirmation clearly showing 5 guests, the hotel could not provide the extra bed without an additional charge because of the misinformation from Booking.com's customer service. I ended up being double-charged for the same service. This was an incredibly frustrating experience.
I will never book through Booking.com again. Their lack of accountability and misinformation led to this mess. I strongly advise everyone to double-check their guest count with the hotel directly or avoid using Booking.com altogether

This was our third stay at the hotel, which is our all time favorite hotel. The staff is amazing - always very helpful and very friendly. We love the pool staff which are so attentive to everyone's need with continuously refill of water, ice lollies and a life guard at the children water slide. Several times during our stay we also met the management of the hotel which often were available and visible during breakfast times. The food is extremely good - the massive selection at breakfast was what my partner was looking forward to the most and as expected it lived up to our expectations. We also had dinner at the beach bbq, the big fish and the pool bar which all were really good. The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. We love the attention to details - both that there were a welcome back message and fruit when we arrived and that there was a children's bath robe, slippers and own shower selection for kids. This is something I've rarely experienced at other hotels. The location of the hotel is very good - walkable distance to one of the big shopping centers and very close to the night marked and several restaurants. We have recommended the hotel to several friends who also have visited the hotel and been equally amazed by the hotel. For us there are no other alternatives than staying at Marriott Hua Hin when we are visiting Thailand, we certainly will be back!
Whenever we have visited the hotel in february and march, there has always been a jelly fish warning for the beach which might be normal that time of the year. I don't know if that is the same for the whole of Thailand. However, we didn't see any jelly fish this time around.

We stayed at this hotel for six days, and we had a wonderful experience. The facilities are beautiful and spacious. My kids especially enjoyed the water slide. The pool was clean, and we loved having direct access to the beach.
Lunch at Amber Kitchen was excellent and delicious — every dish I ordered was fantastic. The room was also spacious and very clean.
There is an affordable and clean massage center, as well as a Villa Market, located within a two-minute walk, which was a big advantage.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Overall nothing. Just small thing is the deposit amount at check-in was quite high.

Breakfast offered a great variety of choices. The pool area was well-designed, catering to both families and adults, with some nice areas for privacy. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
