Very clean and comfortable for family staying especially that location of the hotel is 2 minutes walking to water parks which the access is linked with your hotel reservation. Buffets area is nice and variety of food is very good. Also gym access is 24 hr open which is very nice
Nothing much to do in the city and not recommend for more that 4-5 days

Great for kids of all ages ! The playground at the hotel is amazing for infants and the game room is great for 5+ years old
The location right next to the water park is great! So easy to go grab things from your hotel room and get back to the water park
Staff were very friendly and very accommodating

It’s too cold inside the hotel. The lobby and the restaurants, the aircon is just too cold. My kids froze during breakfast! Luckily I had sweatshirts with me

Great access to the water park, breakfast selection great, family rooms had lovely ocean views , great pool on the 26th floor, the drier for the swim suits was an excellent detail! Very useful!
Sheets were scratchy and not that soft, elevators super slow and crowded at certain times

Breakfast was great. Of all the hotels I've been, this one offered the most variety. One of the best. Fitness and other facilities were also great.
The lobby is located on the 8th floor for some managing reasons, I think. So it was a bit awkward. But over all, it was fine. Parking at the hotel side was hot, no roof.

As a family, we loved having access to the waterpark, kids adventure room and the family room (bunk beds, kids desk and tent). The facilities were great and had every we wanted. Being so close to the weekend market was a great bonus!
It's pitched at families yet you can't have kids swimming toys or floats in the hotel swimming pool or waterpark. You are not allowed to take any outside food into the waterpark which was hard with a baby as I don't like to give my children highly processed food like pizza and fries, so that was disappointing.
When I booked the family room, I booked for a cot to be added to the room for my 1 year old. I didn't need a separate bedroom suite having the bunk bed in the room was perfect and so spacious. However, I was made to feel like I was cheating the hotel, even though I hated stated my requirements on booking. Apparently 5 people (even though one was a small baby) was not allowed in the family room, even though there was more than enough space. This was also highlighted every time i asked for a towel at the waterpark. I would understand if I had 3 older children and was trying to fit three in a bunkbed but asking for an additional cot to go in the family room, seemed like a normal request. There was plenty of space for the cot too. Very confusing.

The hotel is the definition of ‘fine’. Almost everything is just ‘fine’. The rooms are fine. Breakfast is fine. Facilities are fine.
Vana Nava is the only reason to stay here though.
Breakfast severely lacked meat options, from pillows too soft, kids club closes at 12:30 (??), location is a bit middle of nowhere.
